2 stars - in stead on just 1 - ONLY because Covercraft acquired another company - which REALLY builds a well secured cover. BUT: After trying multiple times to get detailed info over the via phone... See more

A*V*O*I*D At all costs
I wish there was a zero rating or negative rating. The most ill fitting sun visor I’ve had in many many decades of driving. How can a company have 80% one star reviews not try harder? Weathertech for better products and way better customer service.
Don't trust their website
Don't trust their website. Incorrect prices and descriptions. They shipped me a wrong item and tell me they have a no return policy. Stay Away! I wish I would have checked reviews prior to making a purchase.
I strongly warn against purchasing from…
I strongly warn against purchasing from Covercraft due to their deplorable customer service and shady business practices. I ordered a travel trailer cover on a Sunday and emailed them four hours later to request a size change to one size smaller. On Monday, I received an “order is ready to ship” notification, and just 10 minutes later, they responded to my email—completely ignoring my request. They shipped the wrong size anyway, seemingly to enforce a 25% restocking fee and also told me I would pay for return shipping. This feels like a deliberate tactic to profit off customers. To top it off, the same cover is $100 cheaper on Amazon. Covercraft’s unresponsive and predatory practices explain why people prefer larger retailers. Avoid this company at all costs—I’ve learned my lesson the hard way and just keep the cover. 🗑️
HORRIBLE COMPANY
HORRIBLE COMPANY! They sent me covers that do not fit my Toyota Sequoia are telling me that I cannot get a refund, even though they don't fit. When I persisted, the customer service sent me a six point detailed demand, including my VIN number stating that she might be able to work with me. Horrible people will never do business with them again.
Defective Car Bra
I purchase a Car Bra for my new Toyota Camry from Covercraft Industries. The cover, after watching videos and having men try to install, was impossible to put on. Then we realized that the cover does not fit properly. It was made incorrectly and the company refuses to give me a RM# (return authorization number) which they require for returns. I am stuck paying $361.11 for a piece of fabric that is totally not useable. Buyer Beware!!!!
Be Careful of Return Policy
Sold the truck that the covers were ordered for. Very common GMC Silverado. Wanted to exchange for new covers for new truck purchased. Willing to pay restocking fee, which evidently is non existent since I was told over the phone they carry no inventory, everything is custom made. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase you are just out of luck.
The return policy is, or lack there of garbage and I will never buy from this company again.
Flimsy product
After ordering several dash covers from this company without any issues, I recently ordered the Original DashMat after finding out the UltiMat would not fit my 2025 F150 King Ranch. I discovered how flimsy the product was, and the fact that it was made in Mexico if that in fact had anything to do with it at all. After contacting the company, they offered me no other options, so I just put it in a box and I’ll sell it in a garage sale.
In closing if you’re looking for a quality dash mat do not buy the Original DashMat if it’s the only one that’ll fit.
The quality was not to the…
The quality was not to the specifications for what I ordered. I requested hail protection cover and paid over $700 for the cover. It is a rain cover and provides no hail protection. Buyer beware, they stated my cover had to be custom made, so no refunds. What scammers as they are in OK, so they know what hail protection should be. Wish them an EF5.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! Received as a birthday gift, bad fit, found out wrong dash cover was ordered so called requesting to return one received that very day to exchange for correct one, but was only given choice to refund original purchaser 20% with a 10% discount for me to order the correct product! Poor customer care, support and service. Turned a birthday gift into a nightmare, what can I do with something that doesn’t fit my vehicle and made the purchaser feel bad! Any company who doesn’t back their products knows they’re selling poor quality and bad fitting merchandise!
I should have read these reviews before…
I should have read these reviews before purchasing. The suncover is poorly fitted, the materials are cheap. Basically a rebrand of a $20 suncover you can get on Amazon. 20 bucks, worth it, the 100 plus spent, garbage!

Ordered Carhartt Precision-Fit front and back seat covers for my Toyota Tundra. The combined cost before shipping and handling was over $1,000.
The instructions for installing were generic and didn't depict the actual cover strap arrangement of my covers. Also, I found that the stitching on one of the front seat covers was stitched improperly and coming apart.
Sent a message with pictures to customer service through their website and didn't hear back from them. Called the customer service department and was told that a representative will be contacting me in the future regarding a RMA number. Also, they will have to get my damaged seat cover before ordering a replacement cover (that's made in Mexico).
Manufacturing and quality control mistakes happen. But when you have a customer who spent that amount of money on cart seat covers and there's a problem, you solve the problem the fastest way possible and then work to correct the problem at the factory. According to the website these covers are made to order and not returnable.
I'm disappointed in Covercraft Industries but more disappointed with Carhartt for whatever their involvement is with the manufacturer.
Dashmat Does Not Fit Well For Price
I ordered a dashmat that did not fit my car. The sides curl up even though I followed the instructions. It has a piece cut out even though there is nothing under that portion of the dash. I contacted them and they asked me to send photos. I did and then I was told that the dashmat was the correct one for my car, even though the fit was terrible. I was told that I could return it but would need to pay shipping and could be charged up to 30% for a restocking fee. The dashmat was expensive and I was quite disappointed.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
We ordered from Covercraft in 2018 for our Subaru. No problems, the dash cover fit fine.
We ordered a dashcover for our Hyundai a few months ago. Totally different experience. Material not as nice and IT DOESNT FIT. We want to return it. First we were told to send several photos of it not fitting (it has a big hump because it is TOO BIG), plus a photo of the car's make and model. Did that. They confirmed that we had ordered the correct item, but wanted to know if we had used the velcro to adhere the cover to the dash. Yes, we did - that is why there is a BIG HUMP. Their response was that we could send it back, and if they feel it fits, it's our loss. If they agree it DOESN'T FIT, they will proceed with a refund.
DONT BUY FROM COVERCRAFT.
Crooks
Some of the worst Customer Service you ever come across these people are crooks. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered front and backseat covers for my 2025 2500 and the front ones did not fit so I contacted the company and they would not exchange them.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, installing underneath seat, while tightening , not using brut force. the seam where the strap is attached to the cover, ripped !
For the price we paid this is unacceptable.
Hw are you going to make it right?
After 11 days HOLDING my order…
After 11 days HOLDING my order (04/11/25-04/22/25), It FINALLY shipped. They created a FedEx label on 04/17/25 BUT waited till 04/22/25 to ship. I complained BUT they said their BIN wasn't full yet to ship. What that means is they ARE CHEAP. Instead shipping when ordered, they wait to fill THEIR BIN then ship ALL ITEMS at a REDUCED rate. That in itself upsets customers. That is why they get 2 stars.
My dashboard cover is low quality
My dashboard cover is low quality. Any of the cutouts for the dash are not reinforced around the edges and likely to unravel. The carpet is thin and when you hold it up to the light it is translucent. It probably won't stop UV from fading the actual dashboard.
Covercraft Seat Covers not recommended
March 31, 2025, I purchased seat covers for my Honda Element. The website advertised the covers as custom made for the vehicle. I paid $180.14. Upon payment, I received a text message confirming and asking me if there was anything else they could do for me. I took the opportunity to reply to the text regarding the fitment of the covers to my seats. Since all Honda Elements have integrated armrests in their seats, I asked them to confirm that the seat covers allowed for the armrests. There were several text message exchanged, and the service rep (Sarah) assured me that the seat covers were designed for my vehicle and that they were going into production asap. I explained that if the covers do not allow for the armrests, then I had no need for them and would need to cancel the order. She assured me the seat covers were designed for my vehicle, and that she would check with their team to confirm and reach back out to me. They never got back with me and the covers arrived 2-weeks later. Upon receipt, I slid them over my seat back and of course they would not fit because of the integrated armrest. I immediately contacted Covercraft and asked for a return label due to the non fitment related to the armrest that I brought to their attention on the date of purchase. Their customer support (Rhey) contacted me back, making it sound like it was my fault that they didn't fit. They supplied me with an RMA# and told me to make sure it was visible on the package upon return. I replied requesting a return label from them, because I was not paying for the return shipping cost due to their mistake misleading the customer, and that I had already contacted them on date of purchase about the pending armrest issue. This could've been avoided if they had just been honest and told me upfront that they wouldn't fit. They knew or should have known they wouldn't fit due to the integrated armrest. They are not designed for a Honda Element as advertised! BTW, the quality of the seat covers were subpar. I could have bought better seat covers from Walmart at 1/3 of the price paid for these, but of course I would have had the same armrest issue.
