Simple & Very Helpful
It was a very simple process when creating the cover letter using the templates. I struggled trying to get a copy to send out because I was using my phone, but when I contacted the support team, they were quick to respond & assist with my issue. When it was time to cancel, I just pulled up the FAQ & the instructions were right there. It gave 3 different ways to cancel the subscription, which again made it very simple. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting a polished cover letter.
