BEST EXCHANGE COMPANY I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH. I HAVE USED MANY TIMES BEST RATES WILL EXCEPT DEBIT CARDS OR BANK TRANSFER AND FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER 750.00

I ordered euros from this company but made an error making the transaction, I rang & spoke to a lovely man who made sure I received my cash sooner than expected 😄 Would defiantly use again & recomend to others

like most of the other reviewers on here, i was magiorly apprehensive about ordering currency on line, however its safe to say its one of the best things i have decided to do, because of how easy and convenient it was. their website was easy to use and i placed an order really quickly. after i received my conformation email, and paid by bank transfer into their account. i rang up to double check that they received my payment and was forwarded to one of the friendliest customer assistances Ive ever spoken to, and sure enough it had gone through and my money was going to be dispatched the next day. it arrived in royal mail tracked delivery and was so easy and convent. the rate was great , much better than the post office and other stores and they were very helpful. i will be using Covent garden fx again and would 100% recommend to anyone.

After paying £1000 at a rate of 1.46 last night at 11.30pm I receive an email saying any transfers received after 11pm will now be from today's rate of 1.35- there argument is they forewarned me about this before the transaction- which is a total and they are now backtracking due to them not shutting down there website like other exchange places did. They sent an email this morning after gladly quoting me and receiving my money. As a matter of duty they should honour their mistake though if not I'll carry this further!!

First time use and a little apprehensive. However, a telephone call to Sam dispelled any worries and he couldn't have been more helpful. Decided to go ahead and very satisfied with exchange rate compared to high street, speed of delivery and helpful staff. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

I was quite nervous about buying currency on-line, but this transaction was so smooth and efficient that my fears have been put to rest. This was the best exchange rate listed and the postage was also very reasonable. So, from my computer to a smiling post man with my cash in his hand was a very smooth operation! I would recommend Covent GardenFX to anyone needing foreign currency for a holiday or business - especially those of us "of a certain age" who might be worried about buying cash on-line.

I used Conventgardenfx as I went 'online' to find the cheapest deal for euros. I ordered my euros on saturday morning and had the option of monday onwards of the next week for delivery. I asked for them to be delivered on tuesday and I got an email back stating that they had received my 'online' banking transaction and that the euros would arrive on tuesday between 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
My only 'gripe' would be that it would be nice to know which delivery company would be delivering the euros, as it happened, it was the Post Office, and because I ordered the euros on a saturday, although on their website it said they were open between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. when I rang to check that the money had gone though, I got an automated voice telling me that they were not open on saturdays, but excellent service, and I shall be using them again providing of course, that the rate is competitive.

I received an E-mail and a phone call to confirm my purchase.
I received my money on time - No surprise.
The only drawback was that I've been asked a scan of my passport or driving licence at the last minute (less than 24hours before delivery) and on delivery no proof of identity were asked
