I was nervous sending my family heirloom from the UK to Florida, where I now live. I spent a long time researching options and decided to take a punt on Convelio. They handled everything from door-to-door, packing it, shipping it by air and clearing customs, then getting it to my home. I was very anxious the whole time because this piece of furniture means so much to me, it has been in my family for over a hundred years and is quite fragile.I was delighted to receive it yesterday, exactly as promised. Not a scratch on it. Gabrielle was the agent who answered all of my anxious emails with courtesy and a great deal of kindness, throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for shipping. I would recommend, if using their packing option, having a copy of the order printed and getting the pick up person to sign for it because they didn't give me any paperwork when they picked up my item, and that part of the process did not have tracking, so I had to call to make sure all was well. But once it was packed and in the warehouse I was able to track it with FedEx. Overall, a great job, I'm very happy!
