Recently, I was in a panic after thinking my new gas connection for my business was going to be cancelled. It had already taken nearly two months to receive an offer from Jemena, and after changing fitout teams, there was some confusion regarding my application. My previous fitout team had advised that they were no longer proceeding with the project, and unfortunately COVAU was incorrectly informed that the site was no longer going ahead. As a result, Jemena was instructed to close the job.

When I realised what had happened, I called COVAU quite stressed and expecting a difficult process. Instead, I was greeted by a genuinely helpful person who took the time to listen, understand the situation and assist me. The team quickly investigated the issue, rectified the misunderstanding and helped get my application moving again.

What stood out most was that I was able to speak with real people who genuinely cared about helping and finding a solution. Their professionalism, responsiveness and customer service turned a very stressful situation into a positive outcome.

Really simple process. I was sick and tired of being stitched up with my current electricity provider. After searching for a better deal on the internet, found this CovaU Energy provider with a great Solar plan. Just rang them up and the operator was very helpful. She completely provided all the necessary information and the entire process was very simple. Nothing more to do other than ring CovaU Energy, give them my details and they do the rest. Im now expecting to get a heaps better deal on electricity prices than my current provider.

I have contacted Covau customer support, she was helpful and offered a great gas rate, and solved my concerns.
