i ordered a beautiful piece from courthouse at a really fair price. the order ran behind at first because the factory was shut, but the way courthouse handled it made all the difference — they were so kind, communicative, and responsive that i felt safe and reassured about my order the whole way through.

when it ran a little longer due to dpd delays, they were just as proactive: chasing it, starting investigations, and most importantly keeping me updated at every turn. they even explained what would happen if the item couldn’t be found, which really put me at ease.

in the end, my order did arrive — it’s wonderful, but honestly, the experience of working with courthouse was just as wonderful. it felt so personal. bigger companies have left me on read for weeks in similar situations, but here i felt genuinely looked after.

they’re amazing to work with and talk to, their products are great, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally manageable. couldn’t recommend them more.

Still waiting for second part of delivery - no updates

Effective communication, professional and efficient service.

I ordered an item back on the 19th June.
I contacted them when I had no heard anything and I was repeatedly told they were chasing their suppliers.

I checked the item on their website after this to find out they were not expecting a shipment in until 17th August; I had to contact them again for them to finally tell me this. They made no effort to keep me informed.

I recontacted them again last week 14/08 to ask if they are still expecting this item in on 19/08. I am yet to receive a response or the item.

I personally would avoid this company. My experience of their customer service is shambolic. This company has my money and I do not have the item I paid for.
I'm hoping this review means I finally get a response.

After I left this review, I finally received a response.
Now I have triple checked the confirmation email for the order I received in June and there is absolutely no mention of this item being on pre-order. If this was indeed the case, it is just another example of the poor communication and service.

I have finally received a refund two months after placing the order.
I wanted to support a smaller, family run business. I have now ordered the item from Next, who delivered the item within 2 days.

Due to flood damage, I thought I had run out of replacement wallpaper and ordered 1 roll of Zoffany wallpaper from Courthouse Interiors. I then discovered that I had a roll of the replacement wallpaper and had to cancel the order. Courthouse Interiors dealt with my cancellation quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent. I would certainly use this company again.

Scam! Paid £40 for an express order for overseas delivery, meant to arrive by air in 2-3 days. The wall paper I ordered has not been send out after a week. The tracking number provided is fake (no sign on it’s journey), they lied about delivery status, stock info and they even lied about the order date when I contacted them. I asked to refund the express shipping fees as it is not express anymore and they asked if I want to send the package in economy which will take 14 days (after a week of waiting) or cancel the order! Totally irresponsible seller, waste my time! They just have zero appetite for customer service, they just went ahead to cancel the order when I confronted them! They blocked me on social media afterwards. Very low level. Watch out this small, irresponsible and no liability seller, never ever again! Just go and buy direct.

I found a wallpaper that I adored but when I ordered it from a store here in the states, I was told it had been discontinued! I was so upset! I got on Google and found it at CourtHouse! I was worried as it was going to be shipped to a tiny town in NewMexico and was afraid it would never get here. A few issues with the delivery company but quickly resolved, I received my paper yesterday! The staff at CourtHouse were very helpful! Definitely recommend them.

After seeing the perfect wallpaper for our home renovation project and being told by a local retailer that it had been discontinued, I did an internet search on the product. I was delighted to find that Courthouse Interiors did indeed have the paper in stock, and within a very short time after placing the order I was happily hanging our gorgeous paper. Their customer service was so prompt and helpful, and I am grateful to have found this wonderful company.

Really disappointed. I searched high and low for this particular wallpaper. Added to my cart online and purchased 3 rolls. A week later, my wallpaper hasnt arrived, so I take it upon myself to reach out asking where my order is. Today I receive an email saying sorry it’s out of stock choose another. Now the email was very polite but I’m absolutely gutted. And why did it take me the customer trying to track my parcel down to get an update. Really really disappointed with courthouse, they clearly don’t keep their website up to date. Especially as I’ve already purchased cushions to match the new colour scheme of the paper.

Excellent customer care. Super responsive and on top of things. Item was available and was shipped right away. It arrived to London the following day!

Wonderful quality, good price and speedy delivery. Can’t fault this company!
