Court Docs is committed to making access to justice obtainable and affordable by providing a variety of services aimed to empower individuals to confidently represent themselves. A survey by the Legal Services Corporation found that over half of Americans (56%) mistakenly believe they are entitled to free legal representation if they cannot afford a lawyer for family law and civil matters, and 18% are unsure. This belief is even more prevalent among young adults (18-34), with two out of three (67%) holding this view. Additionally, 32% did not seek legal assistance due to concerns about the cost. In many of these situations, proceeding to court without following proper protocol and filing the correct documents can lead to detrimental, long-lasting consequences. The reality is that not everyone can afford a lawyer, nor do they always need one. However, without taking measures to protect yourself, you risk losing everything due to a technicality you may not even be aware of. Courts hold self-represented parties to the same standards as lawyers, leaving no room for error based on a plea of "I didn't know." This is why we created Court Docs, a modern, fully digital, and virtual document preparation service. Our goal is to assist you with your court forms and documents, empowering you to confidently represent yourself with trusted guidance and support. By cutting out lawyers, we make access to justice affordable for any budget and help bridge the gap for those who cannot afford a lawyer or choose to represent themselves.

This service is excellent

This service is excellent. They are kind, caring, and incredibly talented. They take after-hours calls, text messages, and are always focused on what's best for my needs. Really hard working group and they go above and beyond as far as customer service.

Court Docs was a god send for me

Court Docs was a god send for me. I was served with divorce papers, had just moved out and was starting over and couldn’t afford a lawyer. They were so kind and helpful. Rich took the time to explain the processes and the reasons things are done the way they are. You’d be surprised how many moving parts there are behind a lawsuit!! I would definitely recommend Court Docs to anyone who ever asks!!
