Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting service. Took 19 days from Melbourne to Perth. No tracking updates except collection from sender and delivery.

Disappointed, why lie ?

Blatantly lied about attempted delivery and leaving a card. Neither happened. We were home and have proof. Then left parcel several suburbs away at newsagent, when there is a drop off point 3 min away. No communication. No text. No card. Couriers No Thanks.

Worst courier service

1) Delivery during working hours, when I'm at work, no evening time.
2) No delivery on weekends.
3) First time, they didn't deliver to my home address for unknown reason.
4) I requested redelivery to my office address and paid an extra $10. I was in the office waiting for the courier, but they left it in the stairwell anyway.
5) The redelivery took half a day. They demanded that I had to contact the store to change the address.

I strongly do NOT recommend them. I asked the store to use regular mail.

Extremely poor customer service from Couriers Please

Extremely poor customer service from Couriers Please. Despite clear communication about serious medical recovery, their fleet team showed no empathy and refused to resolve a failed delivery. The response was rigid, dismissive, and unprofessional, highlighting serious failures in training and management. Based on this experience, Couriers Please is unreliable and not a courier company I would trust or recommend.

Couriers From Hell!

I am writing this review after several problems with the company. A parcel was despatched from Quingdao, China, on 29 December 2025 with UPS. It arrived in Sydney in good time on 2 January 2026. Sadly, UPS use Couriers Please as delivery agents in Australia. My parcel arrived in Melboune on 2 January 2026 and Adelaide on 4 January 2026 where it sat at their depot, a 20 minute drive to the delivery address. After lodging complaints over 5 successive days, I finally received my package on 16 January 2026, 12 days after it arrived in Adelaide and too late for its intended use. I would pay double the delivery cost to avoid Couriers Please and have communicated this to UPS.

Couriers is improving their services…

Couriers is improving their services with the help of the new management from FMH Group as they made the phone lines back at 1300 361 000. We need to support our SME’s and Couriers Please is Australian based company thriving to compete with Aramex and Aus Post.

Express delivery..

Express delivery... courier said nobody h9me. I was there all day To lazy to get out of the van. So took parcel to P.O. WTF This parcel had open as soon as possible in capital RED letters, as it had a culture in it. Had to go straight in fridge.
Another parcel marked FRAGILE was stuffed in letterbox. These delivery persons are truly in a league of their own.

Pathetic joke of a company

Pathetic joke of a company. Had to chase them after they sent a message saying delivery had been attempted when I was literally at home working right near my front door. Their customer service is a joke and their couriers are straight up liars.

NEVER USE COURIERS PLEASE

NEVER USE COURIERS PLEASE
Zero stars as these guys didnt even attemp delivery. They just said I was closed. Even with "leave authority" and clear instructions, they didnt attempt delivery a second time and then returned the package to the sender. I got a full refund and then ordered the same item using a reputable courier Service GO LOGISTICS are the best.

The couriers who never come to your house

Couriers please tells me they have tried to deliver my parcel three times over the course of the last week and a half, but they have been ‘unable to deliver’. I have been home all day each day they claim they were unable to deliver, and no delivery van has come to the address. Now I’ve been instructed to contact customer service regarding my parcel. There is no phone number, so I’ve sent a contact via their web site. They didn’t respond from my last message so who knows where the parcel will end up. I am resolved not to order from any company that uses couriers please. It is just not worth the trouble.

Lacks accountability and professionalism

The lack of accountability and integrity is astounding, three failed pick ups with the 4th attempt being an astonishing lie where they made a false attempt to pick up the item at 12pm. Considering people were sitting near the door/window this was a clear fabrication from a lazy and incompetent driver and company. Honestly you would get more accountability, integrity and honesty from Trump and Elon Musk. Steer clear from CouriersPlease if your want professionalism, accountability and reliability they should be CourierUseless. Honestly using AusPost is better which say a lot

Unreliable, misleading, and unacceptable service

My parcel was ordered on 17 November and, as of today, it has still not been delivered. This is despite three separate phone calls to Couriers Please and repeated assurances that it would arrive by 16/12/25. Those assurances were clearly meaningless.

Even more concerning, the initial delivery attempt was falsely recorded as “business closed.” This is completely untrue. The address is a private residential home, not a business, and someone was present at home specifically waiting for the delivery at the time it was supposedly attempted. This is either a deliberate misrepresentation or a serious failure in delivery practices.

The lack of transparency, inaccurate tracking information, and repeated broken promises demonstrate a complete disregard for customers. After more than a month of delays, excuses, and misinformation, I have no confidence in Couriers Please and will not be using this company again.

Worst courier ever

Worst courier ever! As soon as I find out the Couriers Please is the delivery service I know that I'll have to make a trip to a local news agency to pick it up. They never even try to ring or knock as I'm always home and they say 'delivery attempt was unsuccessful'. Such lies. I wish there was a way to choose which delivery service I want to use when purchasing online as I would never choose them.

I rarely write reviews

I rarely write reviews, but CouriersPlease has failed me too many times to ignore.

On multiple occasions, parcels were marked as “failed delivery attempt” while I was home the entire day. No phone call. No SMS. No doorbell. No knock. Nothing. Then I’m told to collect elsewhere with ID, as if I was unavailable.

This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern.

Every other courier I’ve dealt with in Australia over the past decade has managed basic delivery communication. CouriersPlease does not. The issue is not traffic, weather, or access. The issue is lack of effort and accountability.

Marking parcels as “attempted” when no attempt was made is misleading and unacceptable. It wastes customers’ time and forces unnecessary collection trips for problems that should not exist.

Based on repeated experiences, I actively avoid retailers that use CouriersPlease, and I will cancel or reject orders if I know they are the courier.

I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

So I finally get a human to write back…

So I finally get a human to write back to my chatbot initiated contact. I clearly write "Local depot in Canberra please" as the option of how I want my package and they literally write back "Regarding the previous email, please be advised that there is no nearby collection point in the area, as you also mentioned that you do not wish to collect from the Canberra depot.... In the unlikely event that you do not receive your delivery on the above mentioned date, kindly respond back to this thread, and we'll investigate this further."

So now I'm going to get a packaged delivered while I'm away for a week. FFS. I didn't think the human would be worse than the chatbot... But here we are.

Mail fraud ? Fake tracking numbers , cheap.!

It's apparent from my own experience and that of many others , that Couriers Please are being used by dodgy internet , sellers who do not forward any goods but obtain a dodgy tracking number courtesy of Couriers Please to satisfy selling platform security checks and little else. Each package I've had from a seller OS who claims to have used Couriers Please locally the package never arrives .....and I now know the look of their dodgy tracking numbers as opposed to real ones.
My guess is this is mostly the jig. No goods sent but an easy way to obtain a tracking number without actually having sent anything to Australia. ? The old we sent it but they lost it round about....I can't see any successful deliveries at all in the reviews which makes it pretty obvious it's just a false tracking number provider which allows the sellers to escape a percentage of refunds from customers not wanting or able to navigate slow painfully difficult refund process ...if 10% don't chase a refund that's likely very low estimate , but could be billions of dollars in trade where nothing was made nor shipped 😉 big coin even if it's only 5% but is more likely in reality 50 percent plus ....several billion in fake goods and fake shipping.
No one courier company could lose so many packages and not be a front . Iny personal opinion , if you are waiting for goods and have a couriers please tracking number , prepare for lost package and refund battle. I have seen the jig and applied immediately for a refund from AliExpress because the tracking number shows no updates just a ? ....FFS .
Fake shipping operation allowing the % margin game on refunds, needs investigating by federal authority's and consumer protection bodies , for mail fraud and enabling money laundering via refund gaming clients.
Looks pretty bad to me .
I guess I won't be getting my package and want to alert others it "maybe potentially " an entirely false operation delivering tracking numbers on goods that have not been sent and a minimal amount that have via thier service is more for international shippers to slime out of gaurenteed delivery agreements and delay refunds .....I've seen no customs clearance either so that's a good tell nothing actually arrived to be delivered by couriers please. Idk seems very very very suspicious to me , given the $$$ involved , well it's definately not prompt delivery these guys provide 😉

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday I received a tracking message advising delivery attempted no one home. THATS AN ABSOLUTELY OUTRIGHT LIE. I was home all day and my doorbell did not ring. I’m still waiting for that delivery. Companies really need to reconsider and not use Couriers Please, they provide zero customer service, Zero is the only constant for this company and its drivers.
