HORRIBLE!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY SHIPMENT SINCE 12/31/23!! I RECEIVED A PRE-SHIPMENT FROM USPS ON 1/2/24! THE MERCH HASN'T MOVED!! I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS... ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS AN APOLOGY... iT'S ON ITS WAY! ITS 1/23/23 AND NO SHIPPING INFO YET AND THERE'S NO WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE!

I made an order on 12/09/23. As of 12/19/2023 the order was still in processing all through it had cleared my bank a couple days prior. I cancelled my order on 12/19/2023 because I had purchased 2 hoodies as Christmas gifts and I knew they would never arrive by Christmas. Today is 1/19/2024 and I received 2 hoodies that I had cancelled on 12/19/2023. I'm not saying that everyone has had a bad experience with, Couple Gear but I certainly did. I will be returning merchandise!

I am beyond mad on how couple gear did me and my girlfriend I lost 80 dollars to this app we sent multiple emails and called but it seem to be a fake number we patiently waited over a month now and still haven't got updates or anything I'm very disappointed that we got played so I want to know how to get this app shut down all it does is scams couple into thinking they will get something beautiful and take their money

Sooo.... after they seen my review on here and sent that reply I did just as they asked and sent them my information. Guess what though? They never responded as they usually don't and now I'm ticked off because I cannot get a refund from cashapp because they're lying to them and that makes me livid as hell! Don't do business with these people anymore I'm definitely going to be reporting them to the BBB and showing them everything that I have as proof of their scheming ways!

I placed an order at the beginning of April, I was sent one email saying they had received my order. The payment came right off my credit card, right away but I was sent NO tracking number, NO shipping information,or anything. I tried calling them but only to find that no phone number is even available on their website anymore. So I emailed the address they have as their contact info, twice now.
So after Two emails I sent to get someone to reply to me, I still have no response from anyone, no information or no product, no delivery, no info for tracking/shipping or anything! I am honestly starting to feel very frustrated and I will be looking into how let more people know not to order from this company they have terrible service and customer service and it will soon be a month since originally ordered.

Didn’t even get my order and Christmas is in a few days

I placed an order on December 5th and received an email on December 8th that stated “A shipment from order #6101 is on the way.” The tracking shows the info was sent to USPS on December 8th and the package still has not been shipped. I sent a Facebook message and an email with no response. I will dispute this charge.

Just bad quality sweatshirts there cheap sweatshirts, but charge a ton and all your paying for is a few stitches

Ordered 2 sweaters king and queen for me and my fiance and it double charged me and ordered twice contacted customer support still haven't heard anything back and items still have not shipped ordered Friday September 30th
(Update) it's now the 15th of October I'm 90% sure this place is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Well I finally got my refund and finally got the sweaters one supposed to be a XXL and yet is the same size as the medium I got for my fiance this sight is a complete rip off the sweaters are thin and crappy not worth 45 a piece they only sell one size clearly seeing as a XXL is the same as medium literally no difference all they did was put an M stamp on one and a XXL stamp on the other they also shorted me 7 dollars on the one order I didn't want when they cashed me out twice took me 18 days to get refunded 32 days to get the sweaters unless you are a very small couple I would not order !!!!

Haven’t received my item it appears it hasn’t even shipped and I ordered it Monday last week.

Soft, fast delivery, but very long in the legs

Ordered my hoodies on February 4th still haven’t received it. No one will get back to me. Don’t spend your money here. The phone number is not in service and they don’t care if you’ve cried or whatever
