Regarding coupons, Coupert helps collect and test available coupon codes from merchants and partner sources, but the actual validity, expiration time, usage limits, and applicable products are all controlled by the merchant side. Because of this, some stores or orders may occasionally not have an available working coupon at a certain time, which we understand can be disappointing.

As for the login requirement, signing into a Coupert account is necessary because features such as cashback tracking, reward balances, withdrawals, and personalized cashback/coupon services need to be securely connected to a specific account. This helps ensure your rewards and cashback are tracked correctly and protected properly.
