We bought a new countax mower from Jason @ country mowers without going on and on it broke down with a severe drive problem , we got in touch spoke to Jason told him the problem he picked the mower up repaired it bought it back fully repaired after a week .
Couldn’t fault the service or the honouring of there guarantee very good service we would recommend them .
Spent nearly £3500 on two mower without the thousands already spent over the last 3/4 years , anyway after only 10 mounts I had issues with the mowers and I can only say there after sales is the worst I have ever come across and so rude , taken them to another local mower repair shop who said the work they done was the worst they have ever seen . Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy bad service rude and aggressive .
They don't tell you that the Viking mowers have been sitting in a box for over 6 years. Their 'discount' does not compensate for buying an old specification mower.
