Avoid this company

Item returned on 12th December - waiting for a refund, Laura K in Customer Services advised me today that my parcel was probably in a pile with hundreds of others and they were very busy!

Scam website refusing to refund faulty and returned items

They sent me a faulty Barbour jacket, and when I contacted them to arrange a return they refused to reply to any of my emails - even though an employee had already emailed me off that email address to authenticate my card details so the email address was actively used.

They replied once after numerous emails to say I had to send photos to prove that the jacket was faulty, which was infuriating as I’d emailed numerous times over weeks. I had already paid to return the jacket at my own expense. When I replied to express my frustration and demand a refund once the jacket arrived they once again refused to respond.

I still have heard nothing about a refund even though I returned the jacket 2 weeks ago. I’ll have to email again to demand my refund, but I doubt I’ll get a response.

It’s disgraceful service that they refuse to reply to customers and clearly a scam that they are withholding people’s money when items have been returned.

APPALLING RETURNS SERVICE AVOID PURCHASING

Appalling service.
Rang the helpline to find out if they could refund the £45 difference that my item went down in the sale before I would return it (as I was within the 30 day return period and have not worn it). Was told they will contact me by email or phone by lunch time. No one contacted me and by late afternoon I was on the phone for 2.5 hours trying to get through. Emailed them and was told they did not understand my question and they did not try to find out the issue or reply back (after days). Now in the process of a return and found out even though it says free returns, the small print suggests you have to pay for this. Appalling service if you want to return an item. They drag out correspondence or with providing any useful information to assist you so you do not have the time to return the item within 30 days. AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE.
