Hi, I am sorry for your bad experience with CountHost. As per our records, our servers were online. Two weeks ago we scheduled server migration and notified all of our customers about this operation and there was a notice on our website regarding this scheduled maintenance. Therefore, our billing panel was under security threat and temporarily we had limited clients' access to the billing panel for a couple of days. But all of our customer's accounts and our main website were always online. What you have said, "Website is not reliable. Always shutting down for maintenance" is not a true statement. We welcome you to contact our support team regarding any technical issue.
