Crinkle crinkle no no skirt
I absolutely love cotton traders as their clothes are very well made and the fabrics used are of such a lovely good quality..i recently ordered a skirt and crinkle top that arrived after a few days..so far so good..i then saw a beautiful navy crinkle top so ordered that too..evri have now emailed me 4 or 5 times to say they have attempted to deliver it to my home..they are utter liars
.now they just say they will try again but not one evri van has come here in the last 3 weeks but apparantly its on their van which i dont believe one bit..I have absolutely no qualm with Cotton Traders but i have with Evri...ive now paid for this none existent crinkle blouse using klarna,but because if was in the sale i can guarantee that its now out of stock..so i have to go thru the rigmarole of sorting this mess out and waiting for my refund..Im so disheartened as im deeply grieving the loss of my daughter and things like this just make you feel like giving up to be honest..I will still buy off the wonderful cotton traders site as i do love their ethical clothing and beautiful fabrics and styles..So to finish,this is NOT COTTON TRADERS IM GETTING AT..ITS THEIR COURIER SERVICE THAT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED..THANK YOU.

Having checked, I can see that there has been no recent tracking update so we would unfortunately treat this as a lost parcel.
To take positive steps to put this right, we have today arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent at no extra charge via our fastest delivery service.

Good quality gear at decent prices.
They deal with returns succinctly and without quibble.
Most stuff is delivered within a week. Strangely a belt took about a month to arrive but all other products have arrived within a week.
I've been buying quite a lot from this company because of the above points.

Excellent trousers
The trousers I received were well made of a very good material. It is a shame, unfortunately, that I had ordered a size too large for me and had to return them. I nearly kept them and was thinking about exhibiting the "baggy" look, I liked them so much. I shall order the correct size in the future.
