Good products, lovely staff.
All really good, easy smooth service, lovely friendly staff. Took slightly longer to arrive in store than I expected.
But can’t really fault Cotton Traders. Products good, ordered two different tops just for choice, tried them on in the shop and returned one once decided. No problem.

Click & Collect delivery
Click & Collect within 7 working days, I don’t think is a good service! It does state it takes that long…
The return service in-store is very long winded for the colleagues and uses a lot a paper so not very environmentally friendly!
1 lady was training and the other assisting very patient, due to the long wilderness of the return there was a queue firming very quickly!
Nothing to do with the colleagues or the store. Cotton traders think you need to sort your systems out!!!

Return of jeans
I had to change the jeans I bought as they were too short. I left them a while before returning. The assistant was very helpful and helped me find a longer pair which were much better.
