I was happy with the name cards and the flower cones, and those items turned out well.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the menus. They are not completely centered. I understand this may seem like a small detail, but if you work in graphic design, it is something you would immediately notice. I specifically chose a professional business to avoid this kind of mistake.

Overall, some items were done nicely, but the issue with the menus was disappointing, especially for wedding stationery where presentation and detail matter so much.

The custom wedding invitations are absolutely stunning. Design team nailed our vision and the paper quality is luxurious. Every single guest complimented them

I ordered my wedding invitations with Cotton Bird. I had a great customer service experience with Roxane, who really provided me with great help to have the perfect product. The contact felt warm and really professional. 🥰

AVOID awful experience

I placed my order on Sunday 7th and paid extra for proofing, which was advertised as a 48-hour turnaround (72 for complex cases). I didn’t receive a response until 96 hours later, which is already past the stated timeframe, and no apology was offered. Since then, I’ve chased several times asking if anything could be done to expedite the order as I need it by the 18th, but I’ve only been told “nothing can be done.”

I also accepted my proof with only minor tweaks, which according to the policy should have been processed within 24 hours, yet my portal still shows no update and everything seems delayed with no communication.

Overall, the service has been really disappointing: missed deadlines, no proactive updates, and poor customer care considering the urgency I explained. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re on a tight timeline or expect the company to stick to the turnaround they advertise. It also come across that no work is done on the weekends and you just feel ignored.

This is meant to be a positive experience for my wedding invitations yet this is a bad experience I will always remember.

Better providers out there

Avoid! I placed an order last month and despite chasing nothing has arrived
I have no idea what the quality of my order will be like but the stress is already just not worth it. They say the delay is now “on my part” but it is not it’s a delay with the post apparently not me!

Absolutely misleading. I was informed I had to pay custom charges and this was not mentioned whilst paying for the order. Then I had to search their website where is printed under delivery service. Generally when people make orders they don’t tend to go through all the small printed details. The company should have clearly stated on their payment page before proceeding. Will never use your service. Ended up paying more than a Uk based company

Chased down a non delivery to find it was sat with Parcel Force and we needed to pay a customs charge to receive it. Not once on the website did it reference anything like this, and we've got to pay £42 to receive our invitations for an order to London.

It‘s the second time I ordered a photobook. I love how easy going and self explaining the complilation and arranging of the book is. The only down side is, that you are limited with the number of pages. Other than that. All is good, all is fine. Top quality. And the centerfolds/double-paged pictures/picture spreads are near perfect as well.

Placed an order for wedding invites - received just plain envelopes. Tried contracting someone to ask where my order is - it took 2 days for anyone to respond who said there was a technical issue and they’d re-send. After a few days I chased once was told it was in production with no ETA, during the next week I enquired 2 more times as I was flying abroad and needed them to no response. Finally they responded a week later and the next day the invites arrived. The è character had not transposed correctly and on the invite just showed a blank square (as a French company I don’t see why there would be any character problems). I re-contacted them to say this is not good and I now don’t have time to re-print as I was going away and was offered 30% refund, for ruining the whole lot. Awful.
Only positive is the card is quite nice besides these issues - the envelope inserts look quite cheap though.

Absolutely beautiful wedding invitations !

My choice of birth announcing cards were reprinted before even shipping because it didn't pass their quality expectations, which was amazing toread and I immediately knew: I won't be disappointed upon delivery. The package was wonderful - needless to say with immaculate quality.
After the purchase I was kept well-informed and they still had no delay due to the reprinting.
Their products are down to the tiniest detail and you get what you buy. Stunning, thank you!

I make regular orders for cards at least once a year for different events: wedding, Christmas, etc. the quality and designs are very good! You can choose from different formats and paper types.

Designing process was ok but fiddly. Took 4 weeks to be delivered and I had to pay £45 customer charges which wasn’t mentioned when booking. Cotton Bird kindly refunded me the charge, rightly so. Some of the prints I couldn’t use as the writing was smudged, otherwise the quality is nice, although a week later after seeing my parents invite the paper has bent outwards so the card doesn’t shut. A shame for how much you spend, I’d probably say you could find better quality for cheaper elsewhere.

I was really pleased that I ordered my wedding invites from this company! They are far better value for money than most other nice invites I found. They have the added bonus of being eco friendly which was really important for us. I would recommend ordering the samples as it helps you choose between the different card styles. All round really happy with the process of ordering and the invites are beyond beautiful!!

I ordered wedding invitations from this company and once I received them I couldn't have been happier with what I ordered. The invitation paper quality is amazing, and once I put all the different bits and pieces together for each invitation, the outcome was stunning. Definitely the most beautiful and unique wedding invitations I've ever seen. The wedding invitation selection on the website was also really great and they have so many unique designs, a lot better than other card companies out there, and the prices are also pretty good. Customer service was great too. I realised I made a typo in one of the products I ordered and they changed it for me. Although, mind that the production time is slightly long (mine was approx 1.5weeks) and then 5 days for delivery on top of it.

So impressed!
I ordered decorations for my little ones 1st birthday, bunting and sweets cones. Such a beautiful print, finished to a high quality I wish I'd ordered some of the cups now too.
Will definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend.
