Very thorough level 2 survey. Steve rang me to say how things had gone some recommendations for remedial work followed by a concise thorough report. I rang him with a couple of queries which he was happy to answer.

Efficient, helpful, reasonable price, friendly, responsive and flexible - what more could you want !

Excellent survey report would strongly recommend

Cotswold Surveyors were a pleasure to deal with from our first contact to book a survey, through the contract and price process, to the actual survey and Final Report. The Surveyor rang me in the afternoon after he had completed the Level 2 survey in the morning with a verbal report of his findings. This was followed a week later by a detailed comprehensive Report. I would recommend using their services.

From the first phone call the experience was a positive one. They were quick to book the survey and quick to send the report. Those I spoke to were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. At what can be a stressful time everything went smoothly, thank you!

We had a great experience with cotswolds surveyor for our level 2 home survey. They took the time to advise us before we contracted with them, recommending we get a structural engineer to check the house before our survey due to the specific concerns we had, even if that could have meant we did not need to use their services in the end. They were also very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

I booked a level 2 RICS survey with Cotswold and they were very responsive, friendly and professional from start to finish. The debrief for the surveyor on the day of the survey was very thorough and clear. The same was true for the written report. The whole team were a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend them.

A great service from initial contact through to the survey being carried out (I had a half an hour call with the surveyor to speak through any issues they found, giving me the opportunity to ask any questions) through to the written report. Highly recommend and would use again!

I liked the commitment to provide an immediate verbal report (which Guy did very promptly and effectively). The communication with the team prior to and during the instruction was very efficient and they also recommended a very good contact who was able to provide some more specialist leasehold advice. The lead time to the visit was also very reasonable. The final report was thorough and provided assurance that although there were areas of husbandry required there were no "show stoppers". Very easy company to deal with as it's all done by email then when you have your survey done you will get a phone call from the surveyor who done survey to explain any issues with the property if find.
