Outstanding Bookseller
This is an outstanding bookseller and one of the very best I have dealt with. The book was carefully and fully described; the communication was excellent; the book was packaged extremely well and sent on quickly - it was exactly as described. Really first rate service!

Appalling
Appalling - they wrap (sic) their books - whether hardback or paperback - in nothing more than a flimsy plastic envelope. No prizes for guessing why. To make matters worse, my last (literally) order from them included an unsolicited voucher for alcohol. As a teetotaller and someone who is vehemently opposed to alcohol for personal reasons, this is as unprofessional as it is inane.

I'm afraid your review does not apply to our business. We never add vouchers inside our packaging, only a compliment slip with our business details and a handwritten note, and all our books are packaged in cardboard envelopes or boxes. Please check your order details – we operate exclusively under the name Cotswold Internet Books. Any other 'Cotswold' business isn't us.
