Wonderful flour-the best I’ve used for variety and taste, excellent website, good delivery times.
I’ve removed a star for delivery cost. As a home baker I want to have fresh flour and I’m unable to use enough to order and store sufficient for free delivery.

I love the flour here and it’s great to support British producers. I love the variety and every flour I’ve had makes exceptional bread. I particularly like to blend their organic white with some ancient grain.

I emailed a question (twice) to the info email address to ask a question about the flour and never received a response.

We really enjoy the home baked bread using Eight Grain Cotswold Flour. We do add one tablespoon of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as well. It is popular with our grandchildren too!

Since I discovered Matthews Cotswold Flour I have become a loyal customer. I love their organic wholemeal flour, it makes such a lovely, flavoursome bread, which has become my staple. I am very pleased with the efficiency of the company, their high standards, and always very prompt delivery.

Order was put in but delivery address was wrong but I e. Mailed and all was put right. Flour was great to use for my pizza dough I’ve used there strong bread flour before but this time went for tipo 00 just to give it a go found it easy to mix and the crust of the pizza was very tasty

The flour is just so fresh direct. No sitting on a shelf in a supermarket for weeks. Ordering is just so easy and delivery very efficient. The only slight negative is that when you purchase 5 bags the box is not sturdy enough to take the weight. Therefore the flour usually drops through the bottom. Luckily it’s all wrapped in heavy duty plastic inside. Perhaps taping the box at the bottom might eradicate the problem for delivery driver. Excellent flour and make just the perfect loaf 😁😁

Although a lot of times the flour I need is out of stock and sometimes delivery can be long winded I use nothing but Matthew’s flour for my sourdough. I have Cotswold crunch, seven seeds, 8 seeds and grain and Churchill white and get consistently good results

Ordering was straightforward and easy. Flour came in good time and is of very good quality. I ordered spelt, both white and wholemeal and mixing the two, adding in some seeds makes a delicious loaf of bread.

Used this dark rye flour for about a year in my sourdough starter and bread good rise and great flavour. Delivery was good and good communication from company at a reasonable price
