I ordered a vintage ring as push present for my wife. I placed the order at 10:30pm, they called the following morning to give me a delivery date. The ring arrived a day earlier than expected despite the bank holiday, and came beautifully packaged with a hand written thank you note.

As you purchased the ring on a Sunday when the business is closed, anything that sells within our stores on a Saturday is not removed from the website until the Monday. Unfortunately the ring that you purchased had sold on the Saturday, hence why we refunded you the very next day. We do understand the frustration and inconvenience when this happens.
