I recently purchased a "Bakerboy" style…
I recently purchased a "Bakerboy" style cap from Cotswolds Country hats.
Once I placed an order I very shortly received a reply confirming everything, and a Royal Mail tracking number.
I received my cap in less than 48 hours of placing my order.
The cap was delivered in a nice strong cardboard box with additional paper packaging, and sealed in a plastic bag.
The quality of the cap was excellent and the price very reasonable, by far the best I had seen.
The cap fitted perfectly and I was so impressed that I ordered another cap in a different colour the same day.
Fantastic service from the order to the delivery, I can therefore HIGHLY recommend The Cotswolds Country Hats Company.

Great quality at these prices
First class service and prompt exchange of my fedora which was needed for a wedding on the hottest day in June 26. I have Homburgs from Lock & Co and Fedoras from Borsalino. Cotswold Country Fedora is a beaut at their price point. Excellent value. I don't often review but they deserve their flowers!

Good Customer Service
Placed an order for the wrong item and was able to cancel and have it refunded the next day. Nicky, the person I spoke to was absolutely lovely and did their best to help me find something else that would work from their stock but, unfortunately couldn't. 10/10 customer service.

Fast and efficient service, and excellent products. I ordered a Harris tweed Baker boy cap in Large and Extra Large sizes, as I’m borderline between the two size wise. The L was the best fit, so I returned the XL cap, and promptly received a full refund. The cap itself, in Harris tweed, is excellent quality in a beautiful green check.

I got a 2 hats for my uncle 1 leather cowboy hats and a trilby along with a feather brooch separately.. can’t explain it any other way other then him being delighted. He always has a smile on his face when he wears the hats and he loves the quality of it all especially the feather brooch!!
The customer service is impeccable!! Nicky is so kind, understanding and calm. She was so willing to try everything she could to help with my request and that for me is customer service at its best.
Couldn’t recommend Cotswold country hats more than i already do. I will definitely be coming here again.
