All easy to order, even though one of the t shirts I wanted was currently out of stock. The t shirts were of a very good quality and i particularly liked the length of the 'short' sleeves. Arrived promptly.

Excellent quality item beautifully packed. Postage quite expensive but I think returns are free. Unfortunately I had to return the item but only because it didn't fit me nothing to do with the product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

I ordered black velvet pull on trousers. My first purchase with this company. Trousers arrived before the expected time. I knew from the packaging that the trousers would be of excellent quality and they are! Plus they are superbly comfortable with the addition of side pockets. I had been searching for weeks before I thankfully came across the site for the company. I am utterly delighted with my purchase. I sent customer services an email about my purchase and promptly received a reply. wishing me a good holiday. The trousers are for an upcoming cruise.

I have bought several of the Heritage pleated skirts and am very pleased with the quality. My only issue is the full price of these, I tend to wait until they come into the sale of which is a more acceptable price point

Good, swift service, nicely-packed item.
Coat is warm and comfortable as well as being somewhat showerproof (I haven't tested it in torrential rain). The zip is good quality and the coat does up to the neck which makes it warm and weatherproof. The zipped outer pockets are spacious and there is an inner pocket for phone or other items. I would recommend this coat.

Nice navy cardigan, however, thickness and overall quality is not as good as same style cardigan purchased previously. Now feels thinner.
