THey do not refund. Sending item back is waste of your money
They systematically avoid giving any refund. Sending back the item only benefit them. Read on... Immediately after receiving the item, I contacted them to get the return authorization #. They did not respond for 12days. They have strict return policty with a short window. When they responded, I had only a few days to get the item to their warehouse. I sent it back via USPS priority and arrived on time. I sent them a message with tracking to show. They said "it'll take a few days to confirm"... They never confrimed receipt. Many execuses "our warehouse has not responded but don't worry..." this is all their tactics to make you not file with your credit card company. After 3wks, they never confirmed. SO I filed a claim with my card company, I Hope i get my money back... Just avoid this company.
