First off, great product. I tested my 2L waffle hot water bottle, towards the end of a bout of cold weather and it’s great. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and really does the business. Great stuff, many thanks!

I have a medical condition that means i use a hwb. every night. I carefully chose to buy yours with yellow waffle cover. After 1 month I am very pleased. The purchase & delivery process was clear & prompt. It is not too hot but retains the heat very well. I will definitely buy another (as backup) soon.

Really pleased with my purchase...bit of a game changer actually! Taken my hot water bottle to bed every night since it arrived...leave it under the covers to take the edge off the cold then basically cuddle it all night! Still slightly warm in the morning. Nice to buy from a small British company too and the donation to the Red Pandas with the purchase is a lovely idea.

The parcel was despatched quickly, so as the hot water bottle was a gift this was important. Recipient very pleased with the gift.

Beautifully designed hot water bottles and excellent advice!

This is my first purchase from Cosy Panda .

The hot water bottle was a Christmas gift for my wife , hence the delay putting the review up .

She loves the feel of the cover and the bottle stays hot/warm for sooooo long . Better than any hot water bottle she has owned previously .
She wants to snuggle into it so much , our cats are jealous !

Excellent customer service in all aspects .

Excellent service from start to finish. The hot water bottle is high quality, the cover is gorgeous and deserves a constant cuddle.

Lovely not water bottle. Bought as present for my daughter. Cotton padded cover is excellent quality and keeps bottle warm for several hours. At £40, not a cheap option but is definitely a higher standard than the regular covers. Delivery and communication excellent.

Super soft, and a lovely texture to these waterbottle covers, it's made bedtime far more palatable this winter.

Extremely disappointed with this product. It is difficult to both fill and empty without the covering becoming wet. It is also difficult to hold safely because the covering doesn’t fold back neatly to give sufficient grip. How you are supposed to clean/wash the cover is a total mystery. If I could work out how to send it back and get a refund I would do so.

I couldn’t decide which hot water bottle to get, so I opted for the Triple Teddy Set 😂. They’ve been perfect for our campervan trips, they're soft, cosy, and long-lasting warmth. Highly recommend!

Bought a new Hot Water Bottle for my Granddaughter. Impressed with the product , outer covering is great and holds the heat. The extended collar at the opening is a good feature. Absolutely no complaints from my Granddaughter
