Yes exactly the same as many others on here!!!! Total scam never received item I ordered in January, no response to trying to contact. How is this still allowed to happen.

Ordered for more than £50 worth in January and items never arrived. SCAMMERS 😡 NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Scammers. I placed an order on January 15, 2026, I haven't received my order and no one responds to emails. Avoid!

Same story as other reviews. Placed an order on 15th January. Not delivered. Raised it with them via email and their online chat but bo response. Have now contacted the bank to get the money back via chargeback.

Dont order from this online retailer. I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to. Ordered on 14th January for something that was in stock at the time of order. Nothing has been received and no response to my email chasing and the chat I've started over the last three days. I've opened a dispute case with my bank. Thankfully only a small purchase but seems to be a lot of reviews essentially saying the same thing. Very disappointing.

Shocking, bought from them in November, still awaiting order, chased up multiple times to no avail. SCAM company

Do not use, I didn't get my order. Chased via chat and emails, no response whatsoever. Strangely got charged twice on my card too and ended up having to raise a case with my credit card company to get a refund.
Still haven't replied to my emails.

Same as the other reviewers - ordered 4 towels worth £40 but never received a tracking update. Ordered via SHOP. I have since emailed twice but cannot get any response! AVOID!

I’m beginning to think this might be a scam online company I still haven’t received my order and have no response to numerous emails.
I would avoid buying from this site at all costs, thankfully I didn’t buy anything too expensive just a plant pot but that’s not really the point!!

Same as others, ordered but nothing arrived. They do not have any customer service, emailed several times but no response. However, I did email a lot and in the end said I would contact my bank to say they were scammers and also give them bad feedback if they did not refund me, after that they cancelled my order and refunded me, but did not email or speak to me at all. Would never buy from them again!

Placed an order on 16th December. The item was never dispatched. I've sent several emails asking for a status update since then (7th Jan) and have had no response.

I ordered an item on the 20th of December and I've received nothing. I've sent 3 emails, all ignored.
The site looks professional but obviously a scam site. Definitely avoid!
