The 4 star rating is for the product. I bought a bamboo 13.5 tog duvet but found it to be quite thin and not warm enough.
My customer service experience was 5+
I emailed to ask for the return process as I had bought on the 90 day trial period. All me correspondence was responded to quickly and effectively. I was offered a refund which was credited to my account within 24hrs. It was suggested that I donate the duvet to a homeless charity instead of returning which I have now done.
I found cosy house collection customer service faultless.
Unfortunately the duvet wasn’t right for me personally but I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.

Terrible quality for the price
I purchased a set of "luxury bamboo bedding" of which only 40% was bamboo. The quality was awful, the sheets are ao thin you can see through them, loose stitching everywhere and my set arrived ripped.
I contacted the support to ask for a refund to be fair they did refund me but only for the duvet cover that had a large rip. Not for the rest of the set. So £50 down the drain.

Poor quality, but excellent response
Purchased quilt cover, fitted sheets and pillow cases. Received in good time. Quality of fitted sheet was very poor, you can straight through the sheet. Emailed company and they requested further information that I emailed straight away. No response, second email sent still no response. After I posted this review and received a full refund. Even nicer they asked me to donate bedding to a local charity which I have done. Thank you!
Don’t buy!
Placed order 28th November. Money taken immediately. No sign of goods. Difficulty in contacting the company. No reply to email or phone call. Definitely not a UK based company as stated.

Worst bedding company I have every used don't buy anything from these Charlton's I ordered a new king size bedding set that never got delivered by Evri the worst delivery company in the world, and when I reached out to get a replacement or refund i took three days to respond and still I haven't had a response on if am getting a replacement or a refund I have spoken to my credit card company and they said that I have to try and reach out but if I get no response by the 11th December they will do a charge back to cosy house

Initially was a good product, after a few washes, it starts to discolour (bought the burgundy set in August); because it's not 100% bamboo it stains easily....very misleading

I purchased a bamboo pillow. Lots of 5 star reviews so thought it would be good. Went lumpy very quickly. Went on the site to look at the reviews and found that there were reviews that had 5 stars but the individuals were complaining about the product. Said they'd never buy from them again. Would of course give 0 stars. The website is a web of lies. My dad bought a duvet cover and got hornswoggled into buying a weighted blanket ( thought he was confirming the duvet purchase). No answers on phone line and live chat is dead chat!.

Single duvet bamboo 40 percent cover
I brought my duvet cover from cosy house collection uk before reading the reviews,, I don't know if I am just a lucky customer as my item is really lovely, nice and light, I washed as per recommended, I had no issues with it. It has a zip closure which I do prefer also inside in the top corners are 2 ribbons to tie your corner duvet to prevent slipping your duvet quilt from slipping and sliding nice little perk. When I purchased my duvet cover I had plenty of correspondence emails from cosy house collection uk. The only down fall is maybe i didn.t read properly is they are not 100 percent bamboo, its 40 percent bamboo viscous. Other than that very happy customer.

Within 4 wash and use cycles the bottom sheet is so badly pilled it looks as though I sleep in sandpaper pyjamas. Worst quality sheet I’ve ever had. It’s also poorly sized and has excess material in middle which causes large folds in use. Chinese companies are capable of producing top gear, yet charlatans like these spoil it for the decent companies. This bedding set isn’t worth £30, never mind what they are charging

This is a scam company that fakes it name as British - it’s China & PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED the reviews are also fake… Customer service is also fake - I placed my order at 9am needed to change it (wrong size) at 10am & they wanted to charge additional postage fee. So I requested a refund two hours after ordering… now they don’t reply to my emails and I’ve had to go through my bank to try and recover my £65, which is a long process and something I could do without!
They do not have a return policy
This is a review for Cosy House UK. I would give 0 if I could. Be aware that if you are trying to return any item to them you will not be able to. They do not answer chat, e mails or phone. Absolute scam ! You will be left with no option as they will totally ignore you. I contacted my bank hoping for resolution but will have to be patient. Avoid this company at all costs . UPDATE - they finally responded by mail to say that return shipping is not covered by their current return policy therefore they cannot provide return labels. They apologised about what happened and said they accepted as a one of to give me my money back and to donate the unwanted item.

for the linen to donate them to an animal shelter.”
I shall hold my breath until the refund is in my account. But what a weird response - better to to give £70worth of bedding to an animal shelter, than to arrange a return!?
Order no CHUK125466. I ordered a bedding set and it arrived promptly. Without opening anything up fully, I could tell the quality was nothing like I expected. I contacted them via email to ask for instructions about how to proceed with their “no hassle returns policy”. They replied, asking for my reasons for wanting to return, and asking if it was still in original packaging. “Once we have this information, we’ll provide you with the best resolution.”
I replied with my reasons and affirmed it was all in original packaging. I have heard nothing since. I have emailed again, used their online form and phoned. Nothing. It is now 3 weeks since I first contacted them.

Absolutely dreadful product and even worse customer service. I have sent numerous e-mails to complan about the new duvet cover I purchased last November. After one wash it was stained all over. They have responded twice ...first time to ask for a photo of the label inside the cover and second time to offer a replacement. Since I stated that I would like a refund they have failed yet again to respond. This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I would not recommend this company or their products - which are poorly made and are of poor quality. I have gone back to Marks and Spencers Bamboo satin bedding which is dearer but the quality is fabulous and their customer service is efficient and reliable.
Non existent customer service!!!
So disappointed with the products and the customer service which appears to be non existent. I placed an order on 05.12.24 which arrived promptly. However, the colour was questionable as it was more khaki than silver but it worked at a stretch. The zip on the duvet was broken as it was so flimsy, the stitching is of poor quality, the pillow cases are enormous so do not fit correctly and the "cooling" mattress protector made my husband and I so hot we took it off on the first night. I have tried to make contact with Cosy House who allegedly pride themselves on customer service??? Eventually had a reply asking for photos which were sent then heard nothing. The live chat isn't a chat - you leave a message that they don't respond to, the phone number asks you to leave a message and they never return a call and now they don't reply to any emails having had the photos. I had such high hopes for this having read reviews....goodness knows how they've got those but I'm now £120.68 out of pocket for products I won't use and no way of speaking to anyone!!!! So if you think it's hassle free no issue returns THINK AGAIN.
