Every time I order a large item I have…
Every time I order a large item I have a problem with delivery. The customer service reps tell me it is my problem and refuse to reach out to the carrier to assist. The rep then tried to gaslight me that threshold delivery was not offered when it is literally on the receipt. I spent hours trying to get the product delivered. It really isn't worth the Costway prices when I cannot get delivery. Also, I did a review on a different product and gave it a 1 and Costway changed it.
