Ordered with 'express delivery' which was labelled to take 2-3 days. After a week, no sign of item, tracking code, anything. Contacted their customer support and they point me to some half hidden page in their website stating that because of covid deliveries are taking longer.
Also, there is a processing lead time of nearly 10 days (what's the point on offering express delivery if there is processing lead of 10 days?).
So it turns out my order isn't processed yet.
But no, they cannot cancel and refund because the order is with the warehouse. But of course I can ship back for a refund.
Shipping back with any sort of guarantee back to Hong Kong will probably cost me as much as the refund.
Basically, a scam, down 40 quid.
Do not purchase from them.
I would try to be constructive here but there is nothing that can be fixed. I could as well have given my money to a charity that cares for orphaned pebbles.
