All of our BBQs go through strict quality checks before leaving the supplier, but on rare occasions, an oversight during packing or handling can occur, and I apologise that this meant you had to spend extra time adjusting parts during assembly. That is understandably frustrating and not what we want for our customers.

He's used his many times and I can't wait to fire up the smoker, charcoal and gas burners. It is exceptional value for money and the build instructions are easy to follow - the second BBQ was a one-man build. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants the versatility it offers.

Great BBQ, will continue
This is the 3rd BBQ I buy from CosmoGrill, this small one was for me to take to my holiday home overseas. It is sturdy and lasts. Only issue is the tray, with time needs a new one and hard to find that extra. But the price is so low and good quality. I just buy a new o e every 3 years. Only give 4 review because of the tray gets rusty easily.

We completely understand your comments about the tray. This is a consumable part and, like many components exposed to heat and the elements, it can wear over time. Great BBQ, easy build, good quality cover
Brought mini cosmo grill BBQ with cover, it looked like a daunting flat pack but went together well following the instructions (just make sure legs on in right position as per stickers). Slight dent to lid on arrival but customer service excellent, speedy replies and care advice to sort dent and very fair gesture of goodwill offered which I believe Kieran sorted for us, thank you!

Long delivery (2 months), defective goods when received (no stitching on one seam of my BBQ cover). In fairness a replacement was despatched quickly but overall an insatisfactory experience.
