Terrible customer service! Although it was promised before Christmas it arrived several days late from another random address in California. I ordered it 2.5 weeks prior to Christmas. They hesitate to reply promptly via email and denied my return saying that it did not meet their return criteria even though it did. No packing slip included and the box was tossed over an 8’ chain link fence at the delivery address. Please do not purchase from this company. There is no customer service after your purchase.

Whilst i have yet to buy a Cosmico projector, i dont think i will. Whilst looking at products i came across thier reviews on their website no less. Once you get to the 13th or so page of reviews, from there on it is mass spammed with 5 star reviews from a Jane Doe lol. So blatent and hilarious they didnt even try to hide that they've paid for mass fake reviews.

Garbage product and garbage customer service.

Product broke after 4 times use.

Customer support was helpful at first but suspicious. Asking for a video of the defect, which I provided. They then agreed to a refund and I should send the item to an address. In the UK. Which is not part of the EU anymore. So I did, stupidly, for 28€, because insurance and tracking and guess what. THE PACKAGE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE AT THE ADDRESS. They also did not pick up the package from their post office. Now the package is somewhere floating around in the wide world. Customer support has not responded anymore.

Save your money, avoid this garbage product. In general, be VERY cautious about websites with a billion positive reviews. Why are they only showing positive ones? Where are the medium or bad ones? There could be a trillion garbage reviews, they only show you the couple good ones. Highly suspicious.

Terrible customer service! My product stopped worked after 4 months of use. I asked customer service about it and I received a response asking if it was dropped. I confirmed I have NOT dropped it and it’s been sitting in the same spot for the last couple of months. Since then I have received NO response from anyone. I sent a few emails but nothing. This website is a SCAM!

I wish I hadn't ordered from them. The website seemed legit with good product. I had no idea it was coming from China or I would not have ordered it. Placed my order on 12/7. It did not arrive until 12/28. I have not opened the package in hopes of returning it. I reached out to the company. And they have not replied. Beware: They say you can return the items within 30 day of PURCHASE... NOT WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM. So you may even run out of your return window while you are waiting for your order to even arrive.

We have all been scammed. I paid a premium price ( I bought two of them) and now I'm stuck with it. Lesson learned. Don't buy from China. Anything at all. And do your homework before assuming a company is not located in China. They do not care. They produce crap, pretend to be local, take your money, and then disappear.

Buyer beware. Stay away from Cosmico and any other name they come up with in the future to avoid these bad reviews which expose them for what they are.

Cannot get a reply from the company in Taunton ? For a return. They don’t respond and I’m feeling I’m being scammed

I was quick to purchase from these guys. What git me was they said these were the genuine. Since purchasing I'm realising this is not a local company, nothing high quality about the product, and I paid a premium price. There are no contents about them or any feedback about them. Have not received my odder and I long past my delivery date. Will not attempt to contact as I know what silence sounds like.

A misleading company that claims to be UK based when it obviously operates out of China. Took considerably longer than the 6-10 days stated to arrive. Arrives in completely different packaging to what is shown on the website with none of the company branding. Product feels cheap compared to the price point which implies this is a high quality product. The website has no negative reviews whatsoever despite several rating two stars then saying really positive things. The whole thing on reflection just reeks of scam.
