helpfull connection

i bought a bottle of Penhaligon's Helfti leather parfum 100mls for $140 less than any other retailer. It is one of the most beautiful perfumes anyone can wear. I was nervous about paying so much on line but i can within a week of my ordering. Will now be my preferred makeup and fragrance supplier. I have been using a company in Dubai, but now no more.

Came in timely fashion. I was kept up to date with progress of order and it came with Australia Post which is always a good and reliable carrier. I’ve been shopping with Cosmetics Now for years and product always excellent and best price I have found anywhere.

I ordered some products, but they took quite a long time to arrive. However, I contacted customer support, and Ankur replied promptly. I received my products soon after, and they also gave me a refund for the delay.

Products pretty much arrive BEFORE I pay for the order. Just kidding...but great delivery. I've been waiting on a neck moisturiser as a birthday pressie but it missed her actual birthday. It was a product being shipped from O/S and I emailed asking for an indication on the delivery. I received a response within an hour and delivery would be [hopefully] by this coming weekend. My mate lives 1.5hrs away from me and is coming to mine to stay this weekend, and guess what.....the product arrived TODAY. Great work CN. Ask and ye shall receive. Lisa-Frankston

I requested by email an approximate deliver date. Ankur replied promptly explaining the items ordered were still on transit from their supplier. Ankur has kept me informed and today my order was despatched. I have used this company before with no problems. Good service provided for this online purchase.

FRAUD!!!! Sent me a fake perfume and will not give me a refund.
It smells completely different to the original (I still have some left from prev bottle). Never use this company. They are a fraud through and through.
