By getting back to their customers accordingly. I have yet to receive my refund money that I am not even getting the full cost of because of a fee that is being charged.

I appreciate the ability to get these quality higher strength products online after getting them from my dermatologist and esthetician. Regular updates helpful about placement of order and when shipped with tracking number. Down side is that l could not pay with credit card and had to pay with echeck that l was not comfortable with.

I trust the company and the product I buy. I didn't have any experience buying such products on-line, but this company has been solid in every way.

I have ordered from them five times now and have not been disappointed once. I was a bit scared the first time they ordered as theyre an international company and the currency is different, also I was worried about being scammed but they’re 100% legitimate.

They ship medicines and beauty cosmetics (like Tretinoin and Hydroquinone 4%) - they are a bit prices but these products are impossible for me to find in stores in the UK so I am very grateful to CosmeticsAndYou. They provide full order tracking and (in cases where I sometimes cant find my tracking number) their customer service gets back to me within 24-48hrs when I email. I usually use the Shop app to track where my shipment is (full journey from India to UK).

The only things I found tricky to navigate (but eventually got used to) is their payment system. When you place an order on their website they don't accept payment right away (i.e. directly on their website) like I’m used to, they email you with payment instructions before your order is actually accepted fully.

So to pay, you either choose Bitcoin (which i don't use) or an online payment system called HowToPay (which lets you pay in Pounds or Euros). You basically copy the bank details and reference number from the email they sent and then go into your bank app and transfer the exact amount to HowToPay who then send it to CosmeticsAndYou. VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT MAKE ANY MISTAKES WHEN COPYING THE INFORMATION OVER. Its not so difficult overall, but if you’re like me it will be a bit daunting as no matter how many times I order I’m always worried that I typed something wrong and sent the money to the wrong person (this has never happened so far, thank God).

Also it can take a few days for HowToPay to inform CosmeticsAndYou that you’ve paid, so most of the time CosmeticsAndYou end up calling you about a missing payment. If you miss their call they will call once a day until you pick up and confirm you have paid (OR HowToPay informs them that you have paid so they stop calling and continue on to dispatch your order). The whole calling thing made me a bit alarmed during my first order because I already paid, but there was a man on the phone saying I hadn't so I thought it was a scam, but its just a delay because of HowToPay. Also be aware they call from an Indian number so you might not recognise the area code if you live outside of India.

Anyway, CNY are a very good company, their payment method takes a bit of time to get used to but I really recommend them. Their shipping is pretty quick for international deliveries in my opinion (I ordered 21/10/22, payment was accepted 22/10/22, my order dispatched 28/10/22, it arrived in the UK on 4/11/22 and it was delivered today 11/11/22). Their customer service agents I’ve spoken to are very nice and polite on the phone. I now know a safe company to go to if I want more of the same products. 5/5 great stuff.

I have used bimat for many years and love it! This order arrived so fast. I expected not to get it for at least another couple of weeks because of how slow USPS is. What a nice surprise!
