Sent a coupon code and then didn’t honor it with some flimsy excuse it was for new customers only - when it clearly was sent to returning customers and even had the wording in the email for returning customers

Waited almost a week for them just to call and say they can’t honor it

Very hard to reach them. They do not respond to my emails nor do they respond to my messages in the chat.

I had purchased groupon discount for Tirzepatide and had been delivered to the wrong address ( I have given my address). I have filed complaint to FedEx and reach out to the Cosmeticrx via emails and messages ( login account) but haven't heard anything in a week. Nothing but silence.

Everything was nice and easy, consultation was great and the Dr. was very nice. Great first time experience.
