I've gotten 6 emface treatments at cosmedica so far and I'm thrilled with my results. I'm a survivor of a massive stroke that left my whole left side paralyzed. Thankfully the facial paralysis is mild, but I tried emface because of the great results for Bell's Palsy patients and I'm very glad I did. It's been 10 years since my stroke and that's what makes my results so surprising. I got great lift and the numbness is lessened a lot. Im currently receiving 1 session every 3 months because of the paralysis. You won't need as many. I couldn't reccomend the team at cosmedica more.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel an obligation to share my experience so others don’t go through the same. I’ve had two transplants with Cosmedica, and unfortunately, both have failed to deliver on what was promised.

The clinic presents itself with the doctor’s photo everywhere, but in reality, the procedures are carried out almost entirely by nurses. During my second transplant I could clearly feel something went wrong mid-procedure, and a senior nurse had to be called in. That’s not the level of professionalism or consistency you expect from a clinic that markets itself as world-class.

Communication has also been disappointing. Before the procedure I was reassured I wouldn’t need to shave my head, but when I arrived, the nurses insisted otherwise — a completely different story. After the surgery, follow-up has been even more frustrating. I spent over a month chasing responses while stressing in Europe, often told “we’ll get back to you” only to be left hanging unless I persisted. When they finally did reply, the dates they offered for corrective measures were impractical and felt more like attempts to avoid responsibility than to help.

A year on from the second transplant, despite “guarantees” about graft survival, the results are again underwhelming. To me, it feels like Cosmedica has no pride in their work. If the quality had been there, I would have gladly given a positive review — but in my honest opinion, I would avoid this clinic at all costs.

I wish I had read a review like this before making the same mistake twice.

I had my hair transplanted in this clinic and it was a wonderful experience. They are very professional in coordination, medical procedures and all types of patient care. I believe it is the best hair transplant clinic in the region and the world.

I am very impressed with how organized everything from airport transportation , hotel, and ride to the clinic was. The staff are very polite, would help and comfort more if they knew English. The doctor only available for a quick few minutes of consultations. The IV Sedation I paid extra did not last long, I guess they want to keep it safe. The result of my procedure to be judged in several months. I hope it all goes well, it was a long journey from U.S
