Wasting Money with cosma parfumeries
On October 22nd, I ordered 2 Pour Un Homme perfumes. After a week, I received an email stating that the Hermès package receiving station was closed and the product was returned. I called the company and made them aware of this. And they promised to follow up. And of course, unfortunately, they couldn't speak English well, so I had to explain for 15 minutes what I called for. After a few days, I checked the Hermes website, and it said that it was delivered to the sender. I emailed again and called, they denied that the package was there. After I sent the screenshot of Hermes, they said that the package is there, and they will take the necessary steps to return it soon, but then they said again that they cannot find the package and until this date, which is November 13, I receive the same answer. I ordered this package for my father's birthday, which was so late that I couldn't get another gift. They even refuse to refer my money and I really don't feel good and this is the last time I buy from this online shop and I feel like I wasted my money.
Am 22. Oktober habe ich zwei Parfums von Pour Un Homme bestellt. Nach einer Woche erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass die Paketannahmestelle von Hermès geschlossen sei und das Produkt zurückgesendet wurde. Ich rief die Firma an und machte sie darauf aufmerksam. Und sie versprachen, weiterzumachen. Und natürlich konnten sie leider kein gutes Englisch, sodass ich 15 Minuten lang erklären musste, was ich wollte. Nach ein paar Tagen schaute ich auf der Website von Hermes nach und dort stand, dass das Paket beim Absender angekommen sei. Ich schickte erneut eine E-Mail und rief an, sie bestritten, dass das Paket da sei. Nachdem ich den Screenshot von Hermes geschickt hatte, sagten sie, dass das Paket da sei und sie die notwendigen Schritte unternehmen würden, um es bald zurückzusenden, aber dann sagten sie noch einmal, dass sie das Paket nicht finden könnten und bis zu diesem Datum, dem 13. November, ich bekomme die gleiche Antwort. Ich habe dieses Paket zum Geburtstag meines Vaters bestellt, was so spät war, dass ich kein weiteres Geschenk bekommen konnte. Sie weigern sich sogar, mein Geld weiterzuleiten, und ich fühle mich wirklich nicht gut. Dies ist das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Online-Shop kaufe, und ich habe das Gefühl, mein Geld verschwendet zu haben.

We have already informed you that your package has been returned by Hermes in Germany and it was given to the carrier Mondial Relay in France.
We are waiting for Mondial Relay to return the package to our warehouse before we refund you or resend the package. Normally, a package is returned within 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks.
We also have procedures to follow and we can promise that we will never abandon a customer. You will receive your package or your money back as soon as we have received the package back.

We hebben u al geïnformeerd dat uw pakket is geretourneerd door Hermes in Duitsland en het is gegeven aan de vervoerder Mondial Relay in Frankrijk.
We wachten op Mondial Relay om het pakket terug te sturen naar ons magazijn voordat we u terugbetalen of het pakket opnieuw versturen. Normaal gesproken wordt een pakket binnen 2 tot maximaal 3 weken geretourneerd.
We hebben ook procedures die we moeten volgen en we kunnen je beloven dat we nooit een klant in de steek laten. Je ontvangt je pakket of je geld terug zodra we het pakket retour hebben ontvangen.
We nemen per e-mail contact met je op om je mogelijke oplossingen voor te stellen.

I still have not received my order: solved
I still have not received my order. I ordered on October 24th. On the 26th of October the money was deducted from my account. It was order 5000004749. I never received an e-mail with the delivery.
I received a response they would look info the case, but scince then: nothing…
Fortunately I have just received my order!!!
Phew… next week is my birthday and this is the present I’ve choosen.
The product is exactely the richt one.
Pitty it took so long. I sterted to get worried.

Still no package after 3 weeks
Ordered a perfume of Hermes on October 13 and still waiting on it (for more than 3 weeks now ..). Stacy of customer service is still responding to messages but with no new updates. I’m worried I will never get my package. Don’t order here!
