Comfortable seat
We are very happy that our kid is finally comfortable in his seat.
The seat goes 360, can move him around if he’s bored, seating is comfortable and can be adjusted upon height.
Colors are nice, material of the seat is not really cheap, safety is high, seat belt is strong both shoulders and hips trap.

Quality products and excellent customer service
We repurchased the Cosatto Yo! travel stroller after misplacing our first one while on holidays. It arrived within 4 days of ordering and we were very impressed with it. Then we lost one of the strap cushions so we emailed customer service to see if we could repurchase replacement straps. Edith responded within minutes and shipped us a fresh pair of strap cushions, free of charge, that arrived after a few days. We were impressed with the quality of the stroller but were blown away by the customer service provided by Edith. Based on the stroller quality and this interaction I would highly recommend Cosatto as a brand.

High risk product to be avoided and bad attitude
I strongly don’t recommend this producer and their products due to their attitude. Very unsafe experience, the stroller is not fully secure as the baby has risk to fall from behind in the reclined position. When I informed the producer about the problem they stopped answering and ghosted me. You don’t buy a stroller with the risk of deadly fall. And it’s not the way to do business.
The stroller Woosh Oxford with the foxes design was bought in April and delivered to the address in France. The producer now pretends this purchase is not in their system, so basically we are left alone to deal with the problem, and even this current review they want to count as not trustworthy. Nice customer service.
The key problem of this stroller is that in the reclined position with the safety belts on the baby manages to push the back wall by the head in the way the head sticks out of the stroller as the back wall is attached to nothing! So all of a sudden when walking you get the head of your baby stuck out of the stroller, wow! What an invention! I have shared the photos of this scary situation which has nothing to do with safety. Now the producer says that literally safety is not based on the back wall construction, however it’s the first time ever I see such a reckless solution when it comes to the goods for kids. Never buy anything from Cosatto.

Adjustment lever issue in car seat
We had a problem with our car seat. They immediately arranged everything to ship the seat back to check for the issue and when nothing worked they sent me a new one as a replacement. Thank you so much Edith for this smooth process and your support throughout.

What's better then a high quality stroller for your precious baby ? High quality service as well! First I have to say that the quality of the stroller is amazing. Even better are the designs and my boy loves it.
Unfortunately I lost the safety bar and couldn't find it anymore.
