They ship from India. Difficult to contact.
I had an issue with my corset that still isn’t resolved. So I’m giving up.
They charged me shipping and then I got a bill for a tarrif.
Return or exchange is impossible.
Find a local US coast maker. It’s not worth the hassle.
I placed an order on 10/22 for a corset, and immediately emailed customer service to double check sizing. I payed $35 for expedited shipping as I needed the item for 10/26 (expedited shipping stated it would take 2 to 3 days for my area). Well customer service got back to me on 10/23, and when I went to confirm it will arrive on time, they told me it wouldn’t. So I asked them to please cancel the order. They never responded to this email. I never received the corset OR a refund, so I reached back out on 11/11 — it is now 11/15 and still I have yet to receive a response OR a refund. Do NOT order from them — terrible customer service and now I am out over $100.
