I had never had an accident before and was really worried about what would happen to me and my car. Michelle Jones at Corries really put my mind at ease and explained the whole process really well. Her letters were clear and easy to understand - there was no legal jargon and she made me feel like I could contact her whenever I had anything I needed to know. Whenever we spoke on the telephone she was clear, knowledgable about my case, and I really felt like she had things well under control. I was really happy with the way things turned out and I was kept well informed throughout the entire process from start to finish.
