Had an unforgettable time in krakow for my friends stag with many thanks to Mariola! We felt very well looked after, it was easy to organise and had a great selection of events!

Waited 30+min for the drive
We had to wait 30-45min for the driver, had to reschedule our table reservations for dinner and the got dropped of at the hotel less than 10min before we had a new table booked so we missed that also.
And for the stripper, I've had better looking strippers on some cheap places with a buffet.
For 580€+ and the stripper asked for tips.
This was bad.

Hi Fannar, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry things didn’t go as smoothly as usual. As explained earlier by your guide (who was at the airport before you landed and before the limo arrived), both 1) the limousine being 11 minutes late and 2) your plane arriving 20 minutes ahead of schedule (were completely out of our hands—think of it as some force majeure magic. Tail winds and road accidents combined! To be precise, Limo Pickup was scheduled for 21:15 and took place at exactly 21:26 We, however, totally get how this messed with your dinner plans. I am happy our guide could prove her worth as she called the restaurant and successfully rescheduled your table for you.
Just to put things into context for our future clients: the price you paid included a luxury long-stretch Hummer limousine airport transfer with meet-and-greet, a sexy hitchhiker, and a bottle of real champagne (retail value of 120 EUR). Not too shabby for 580, right?
As for the stripper, we’re sorry she wasn’t your personal type. However, our guides always check in to make sure everything’s going great, and -also this time - all the guys your guide Martyna spoke with seemed happy at the time and some even asked the hitchhiker for her phone number. It seemed like they all loved the show! BTW, dancers do ask for tips for extra dances (3 songs, about 15 minutes, are included).
We always aim to provide great value, and we’re taking your comments seriously. And hey, if you have that buffet-and-stripper hotspot in mind, feel free to share it with us—it’s something we never knew existed, and we’d be super happy to add it to our offer! Who doesn’t love a good buffet and a show, right? 🍽️💃

Awesome stag weekend!
Excellent weekend that all ran very smoothly. Our guide, Martyna, was on hand constantly and very helpful in us getting the most out of the weekend and also keeping the plans flexible. She also booked us a great local restaurant for dinner where the food was brilliant and very affordable. Booking experience was great with fast replies and good value package.
