FROM THE BEGINING THEY LIED! THEY DIDN'T NEGOTIATE UNTIL THE INITAL CREDITOR FILED ON MY CREDIT BUREA AS A COLLECTION/CHARGE OFF. MY CREDIT IS RUINED BUT CCS GOT THEIR MONEY AND IS NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR LACK OF REPRESENTATION.

I'VE ASKED THEM TO PAY WHAT NEEDS TO BE PAID TO THE FINANCIAL PROVIDER THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE NEGOTIATING WITH SO THIS WILL BE CLEARED ON MY CREDIT REPORT SINCE IT WAS THEIR MISHANDELING BUT, THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILTY. I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING TO CCS AS AGEED WITH THEM
THE ONLY NEGOTIATING DIFFERENCE WAS $3000 AND IT DEFINATLY WASNT WORTH THE EFFECT THE $25000 CHARGE OFF I NOW HAVE ON MY CREDIT REPORT, ESPECIALLY SINCE CCS TOLD ME ALL ALONG IT WOULD NOT GO ON MY CREDIT AND NOT AFFECT MY CREDIT. I FEEL SINCE IT WAS THEIR ERROR IN NOT GETTING THE PAPERWORK HANDLED IN THE RIGHT TIME THEY SHOULD PAY THE AMOUNT I PAID TO THEM, SINCE THEY GOT PAID. THAT WOULD CLEAR IT UP THE ORIGIONAL FINANCIAL COMPANY AND GET IT PAID IN FULL ON MY CREDIT REPORT BUT CCS HAS THEIR MONEY AND THAT'S ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. IF CCS WOULD KNEW THE ORGIONAL FINANCIAL COMPANY LIKE THEY SAID THEY DID ("I'VE WORK WITH THEM MANY TIMES, WE WILL BE ABLE TO GET THIS HADLED") THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE THIS WAS PROPERLY HANDLED AND NEGOTIATED PRIOR TO IT GOING INTO COLLECTIONS.
TO MAKE THIS MORE CLEAR...... WHEN I SIGNED MY AGREEMENT WITH CCS THEY TOLD ME TO STOP PAYING THE ORGIONAL COMPANY, SINCE THAT DATE I HAVE MADE THE WEEKLY PAYMENTS TO CCS AND THEY DID NOT START NEGOIATING AND GETTING AN AGREEMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER AS PER WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD VIA EMAIL AND PHONE AND NOW I HAVE A CHARGE OFF/BAD DEBT ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR $25,000 PLUS ! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PAY THE ORGIONAL COMPANY ANY MONEY UNTIL AFTER THE COMPANY HAD FILED ON MY CREDIT REPORT.

They do more verbal communication which is my preference. CCS will definitely lower your debt in a timely manner. They definitely get your debt reduced to payoff. Marylou…. If I have one reason, she’s the reason. From day one when she was assigned to my file, she called, introduced herself and we’ve been in contact since then all the way to the very end, the point where we are now and a settlement has been reached. She called every single week, same day without missing a beat. She reminded me of the payments being drafted and was always attentive to any questions or concerns I had. If she didn’t have the answer, she told me she didn’t, then she got the answer to my concern and called me back. She genuinely always expressed concern for anything I was in doubt about. Hopefully I never need this organizations services in the future, but if I did, and if it was possible, I’d ask for Marylou to be assigned to me again. I’ve been working with George T. Since May of 2023 over at CCS. George is always there to help, he is attentive and keeps you updated on your account. You definitely want George on your team. I have only positive experiences dealing with CCS, they were able to negotiate with lenders and save me a ton in fees.

Trying to say a company has filed a UCC-1 against a non-existent loan these people are the biggest load of horse sh!t, never have borrowed money through my business so easily recognized as scam bait email, when i called "Adam Rice" out on it he replied "Aight Bet" super professional, Roughly within a few days I have been getting prank calls after this interaction I am 99% sure it is because of Adam Rice

Its almost impossible to get a reply from this company or reach a live person. I suggest to others that are having this same issue, reach out to the FTC, CFPB and the state attorney general with complaints. I would never recommend dealing with CCS.
