Fast, professional service and good price
I tested in Amsterdam Zuid, which is located near to my place. In addition, the price for PCR test is reasonable plus the test result delivery is fast (within the same day). I will recommend my friends living in NL to take the test if they need one for travelling.

No refund on cancellation and no reply from customer service
I scheduled an antigen test for a week later, but needed to cancel after a couple of days due to a change in plans. I canceled 3 days before the refund deadline. The cancellation website was confusing so I did it several times and I couldn't tell if it was canceled as I never got an email, so I also emailed customer service with a screenshot of the cancellation to confirm. It has been over a week and I have no refund and no reply from customer service.

Not connected to coronacheck app
Be careful this organisation is not linked to the coronacheck app! There result therefore can't be added to your app. You just get a certificate that you have to print on paper (who uses a printer these days).

Geen uitslag, geen geld terug
We have made a PCR test today at 8:30 and chose this place because they promised that result will come the same day not later than 22 pm. When we did not receive anything we contacted them via email, as they do not have phone number. We received a message that due to technical problem (big lie) they cannot sent result today and will do it tomorrow at 12 pm. What a lie. We have flight at 11 am and they are going to send result at 12 pm and if we would not ask where our result we would simply not receive anything. Horrible service and we will claim them via our jurist and insurance. This is very horrible place who screw up our trip. We will put bad review on every social media and will destroy this company on a media level! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT CHOSE THIS PLACE!

A simple don’t do it at Coronalab.eu
We could not do the test because of an emergency and on Saturday nobody was available because the close at 12:30h. The didn’t do a test not the lab work but still they refused to give any Euro back to me. Very bad service. There are much better places available over the country, don’t go to Coronalab.EU!
