Excellent service from mateo, and in general using cornix has fast customer service and easy to talk too. Helped with a problem I was stuck on for over 15minutes providing great help. Amazing service while using it and the bot works well, automated. A great investment

When I first started using cornix in the beginning of May, I was amazed how great it is. Everything felt great and smooth.

After using it for longer time and joining several various signal groups, problems started appearing.

There are lot of very serious bugs. For example when there are multiple trades with the same coin, cornix sometimes incorrectly marks trade as closed even it is not closed and is still active on exchange.

Other bugs are related to trade configuration - sometimes cornix doesn't follow what is configured and sets TP percentages differently - very serious bug!

Another example of bugs is the new TradingView charts. These charts are very slow to load, don't work properly and sometimes show incorrect values. This is not production grade update and it feels they don't do proper testing. I as a user feel like a beta tester.

Lately I have been feeling it is also slower with handling the trades then it used to be.

Truly the best guys on the market! I work with them for 4 years now. They are definitely the leaders in their field. Easy simple and reliable bot to handle trades. Prove me wrong

The support from cornix when I encountered a technical issue with my account was amazing. Ben the CSM made good work of sorting out the issue and made sure it was solved.
The app itself is very simple and easy to use. If you've just started, there is a marketplace in the app where you can begin your journey, from there, you can join a group and import recommended configurations and you are good to go. Cornix definitely has a great support team and most importantly the app is really easy to navigate. If automation is what your after, with unmatched technical support.....this is what you've been searching for.
