I had 2 fantastic experiences with this company. I ordered a Corkbox for myself just before Christmas and it was delivered on Christmas Eve. I then contacted them asking for them to send a wedding cork box to my cousin in Dubai and they were extremely accommodating. Both were received within 2 weeks or ordering and I am very happy with both results
Unfortunately this company simply does not communicate. I had one order which got stuck with UPS before Christmas. I got no response from corkbox until last week - and they have not responded to my request for a refund. A second order still has not arrived. Shocking service from UPS combined with no communication from corkbox means a very bad customer experience.
