I bought a perfume from this shop

I bought a perfume from this shop, but after one month I still hadn’t received anything. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would send it “as soon as possible,” but I refused because the delivery was already far past the expected time and I requested a refund instead.

Now, after more than four months, and after multiple formal emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I have received neither the refund nor the product.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable.
Do not buy from this shop.

Excellent customer service

First time customer pleased with customer service who advised me of a slight delay during summer holidays. Mr. Carlo promised a delivery the first part of this week and so it was. Packaging of perfume samples more than adequate. Thank you!
