Very Bad experience

This company is dreadful all I trying to do is sell my flat it’s been nearly a year and Sabre are holding everything up. I have lost three buyers due to James Maclean not helping with information of the lease holder. I’m have to go to the ombudsman to seek help with this matter

Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Core London and would highly recommend them to anyone navigating the London property market. I began my search in January and, after exploring a wide range of options, finally completed in July 2025. Throughout the entire journey, Paul Harty was by my side, supportive, patient and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property, not just any property.

Even after completion, Paul has continued to assist with coordinating snagging and ensuring I have everything I need for a smooth move-in. He remains a pleasure to deal with, even when a bit of pressure is needed to get things moving.

Thank you to Joe Murphy as well, who became involved at a vital point when the purchase was at risk due to incorrect information I’d received from other parties. His input at that stage was both practical and reassuring, helping to move things forward

Their recommendations for a mortgage broker and solicitor were also spot-on. I had already spoken to a few professionals, but the ones they introduced me to were by far the best, knowledgeable, responsive, and a real credit to the process.

Both Paul and Joe demonstrated outstanding dedication and care. I’m truly grateful thank you to the Core London team!

Awful company

Awful company. The management of the building I currently reside in is abysmal. Communication is almost non-existent. One of the numerous issues we’ve had is the apartment building main entrance door lock was broken and left unresolved (despite us informing them numerous times) and this has led to the building being burgled twice. They also expect a high service charge for the abysmal service they give.

Getting forced out with a special needs child

I was in my unit for a little over a year before the original landlord kefalos sold the unit to core management. I am a single mother of a special needs son. I moved to the unit and hopes of being here until he graduates from high school in a couple of years. I was told that I would not have to move after signing a year lease with core management, as I was worried because they sold the property and I wasn't sure if I need to make preparations to find a different unit. I was sure that I did not have to do that considering I signed a another year lease. What's the unit was sold I was told that I had 60 days to vacate which would be December 31st 2024. I am currently in the unit presently destroyed of why I feel like I've been sideswiped. When speaking to Michelle from core management the professionalism was absolutely not there or the consideration of my situation. I've had repairs that I have brought to the formal landlord which is short made that the new maintenance team will handle it. I feel bullied in a situation that is not giving me enough time to solidify new residents. The neighborhood I live in is absolutely wonderful and the former landlords were extremely helpful. I'm just wondering why organizations like this day of float when they do their tenants Injustice. I decided to come on here just to see the reviews. And not to my surprise they were not adequate. Organizations like this that do not have a heartfelt for the community that they serve need to understand article 25 and the stipulation that comes behind bullying tenants to leave where they have no solidified residential space.

Bad service i have been a tenant now…

Bad service i have been a tenant now with core property management for 3 months when i moved in i reported alot off repairs that need doing urgently and it was agreed that the jibs would be done asap 17 weeks later hardly any jobs were done amd the ones that are done have been half finnished i work full time and i have to keep calling them up aranging with them for the jobs to be finnished and i cant even make a complaint to management because there not available i am a good tenant and always pay my rent early but feel like i am moaning and complainimg about repairs constantly amd dont feel like i am beimg listened too

They never answer the messages in…

They never answer the messages in BoligPortal, almost like they already have someone selected before the viewing.
Maybe the issue is also for being a foreigner or writing in english. But if that is case, it can easily be fixed by saying that they prefer the communication in danish. And I would write in danish.

Very very bad service and communication.

Terrible service - stay away!

Terrible service. If I could give them zero stars that's what they will get. Unresponsive, don't even want to say how they work or who they represent. When asked for a website they just tell you to look in Google. Patronising their clients. Deceiving in their communication. Unhelpful. I am not even sure if this is a real company or a cowboy company. If it's a real company, they don't know what they are doing or how to treat their clients.
Strongly suggested to stay away from them.

Imposible to view any apartment

It’s completely imposible to get a viewing of any apartment. You contact them via phone or email and they will tell you to write on Boligportal. However, they will never reply you in Boligportal. It’s nonsense.
