Good quality oak bannisters
We ordered a special length oak bannister which arrived in good time and well packaged.
Coremount were good to deal with and communication was great.
Our joiner fitted our two bannisters and remarked that they were good quality.
Perhaps a wee bit expensive, but then you get what you pay for.

CoreMount's high quality handrails
The quality of the handrails supplied by CoreMount exceeds the quality of imported handrails widely available in the UK.
The quality of CoreMount's handrails is reflected in the cost but, for me, a handrail needs to be well-designed, robust and 'easy on the eye'! That is what a CoreMount handrail is.
They are a pleasure to deal with.

Top Marks for service and quality of product
I contacted CoreMount to enquire about delivery times. I sent them an email over Easter and received an almost immediate reply. He said five days from placing the order but it arrived in four days. I installed the black stainless steel handrail in my daughter’s house when she was away. She returned and was delighted with it. The handrail is a high quality piece of kit and don’t be put off by the price. I doubt you will find a better product however long you look. As a retired university design technology lecturer I can honestly say that the product is exceptionally well designed and manufactured. Well done CoreMount!

Quality products and workmanship.
The quality of this product is beyond my expectation, the packing was well thought out which was reflected in the flawless condition of the product and the delivery was excellent. The price is great considering the materials used and the tolerances to which they were machined. The appearance was perfected with the items used to hide any fixings. Easy enough to fit the handrail with the included fixings.

I recently bought a made to measure stairs banister from CoreMount and have say say I am delighted with my purchase.
I had a few questions prior to purchase which were answered quickly and accurately. My order was completed within a few days and I was notified when to expect a delivery and given a tracking ID.
the delivery arrived on time and was well packed.
The product itself is outstanding both in the materials used and attention to detail with design and manufacture. No chrome plated steel here! Solid stainless steel throughout. The Wooden element chosen was Oak, and again, no manufactured laminated substitute but genuine solid Oak!.
the whole thing fitted together perfectly and looks outstanding.
Conclusion - a little pricey but exudes quality and looks absolutely amazing.

Excellent quality
The handrails we ordered arrived quickly and they were well packaged. Detailed instructions were enclosed and these were easy to follow. All the brackets were packaged separately and clearly marked so there was none of the usual fishing through a big bag of bits trying to find the piece you need. Tools/allen keys were also included. The quality of the handrail is excellent and it is very sturdy. The finish on the wood is good and it matches the pictures shown online. We spent a long time looking at various alternatives before deciding on CoreMount but we are really pleased with our choice and we would highly recommend.

I just want to say that both the quality of the hand rail purchased from Core Mount, together with their World-class customer service will not be beaten.
The hand rail was expertly crafted in 316 Stainless Steel and my fitter said it was the best quality hand rail he's ever fitted. Intuitive design and simple to fit and supplied with a clear, concise fitting guide.
