Ordered a spare part from the Coredy website. Never received and they do not reply to emails. Shame!
FL022 not working. Tech support is a scam. There is no help to be gotten on web site or all those videos out there.
NO support, Gone out of business? Support phone line hijacked or sold to Medical Alert (Trying to sell you medical alert buttons) NO Voice support! I tried email and same, NO response from email - black hole, crickets. Is the product still sold, if not they should be de-listed on Amazon. All I want to know is why is the light always on RED when charging? Is this hazardous, need a new battery?? Where can I get one if needed? V/R Bill
After using the R750 Pro robot only a few times, it gets lost and does not return to the charger. If I don't get there in time, the battery goes dead and it won't recharge. Absolutely no response from support--either the provided phone number or email.
Turns in a circle and stops. Report is castor wheel stuck but it isn't. Lasted a couple of months. Cleaned it all and tried again. Still same issue. Looking at the customer service reviews I won't bother trying. It's now in the bin.....if I could share a picture I would.
Had a Coredy R750 for 18 months - now just goes round in circles - after a lot of communication with support - there is nothing they can do. Buy a new machine is there response! they are still selling the machine but can't get replacement parts - work that out! Brilliant when it works but it's your gamble how long it will work looking at the reviews below!
Horrendous products and even worse company. Robot vacuum broke after a year of use (now just over warranty). Customer service were useless. Exchanged endless emails with videos. Then they said I need to pay for a part and do the repair myself. Finally got everything organised to then be told there are no parts in the UK and I’d need to buy a new vacuum (despite telling them in the very 1st email that I’m in the UK). I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid!
The Coredy website says out of stock on side brushes and the hepa filter apparently cannot be delivered to my address (a normal UK address).
The device itself cleans well and is much better at navigating than it's predecessor. However, the lack of replacement parts means 1*. If they fix this issue I'd give it 5. This is what their customer services says regarding UK spares: "This is to inform you that we have no plans to purchase L900X accessories at present, and we will not expect to do so in the future. We are sorry for that."
So you'll never get spares in the UK (e.g. filters & brushes), these wear out.

I'm having a great deal of trouble with the support team after my robot cleaner stopped working! They are passing me to each member of the team and saying they cannot read the evidence I attach in emails. I would not buy from them again!
You will get nothing but bad luck with these guys, they will drag out any questions you might have.
I spent ages trying to organise a new battery for my vacuum cleaner. I was made make videos and answer a raft of questions. I clearly informed them that I lived in Ireland and did they post equipment to there. I was made pay 57 dollars to continue with my request.
It was only after I paid reluctantly that I was told they did not dispatch to Ireland!!!!
I was then told it was up to Me to prove that I had paid them 57 dollars.
I did receive my money back but I will never deal with this crowd again.
Avoid at all costs.
I would give zero stars if I could. Their products are cheap and WHEN they break, not if, their customer service is a nightmare. Good luck getting any comprehensive feedback on how to return your product for a new one. It seems their system is to just keep you in an endless loop of nonsense until you just accept your poor purchase, throw it out, and go with a better brand. Do not purchase their products, save yourself the trouble.
The support demanded videos and pictures when I told them exactly what I was hearing and seeing with the vacuum. I provided the number of beeps and colors and faults I saw in the app. You could tell that they had no will to really want to help. Buy a different vacuum or if you bought it on an online site, contact their support. They were way more helpful in resolution. I will not be buying this company or Eufy vacs ever in the future due to this experience.
Terrible company with one of the worst support / customer service depts I have ever had to deal with. They struggled even with working their own email system but were rude across both email and telephonic conversations. The machine itself broke down after 32 days - had to eventually get a refund through Amazon as Coredy impossible to work with. Their offers of assistance missed the point, were unhelpful, and ultimately a waste of time
Bought a Coredy mop and vac robot cleaner. Only used 3 times and machine keeps turning in circles. Poor product
Purchased in Feb2021 a three in one robot vacuum cleaner through Amazon. In October it started to act strange and would not return to dock to recharge and appeared to forget room layout. Complained to Amazon who said it came from Coredytech.com so to go to them. Emailed all details to support and got an email saying sorry only eligible for a return if returned within 30 days so DO NOT use this company they sell expensive robot vacuum cleaners that are crap.
