CORE really take the time to understand my needs when it comes to behavioural qualities I look for in new hires. People are so much more than a CV and my Consultant at CORE completely understand the culture of my business and our individual customers differing needs.

Overall, Core were very good to work with.
I was properly prepared for the interview process by Hollie who provided an up-front briefing on the role, setting out what the client was looking for.
For various reasons, the client was quite slow at progressing the process (over 6 months between initial discussion and offer). Hollie kept me informed. She also apologised and followed up when the client failed to dial-in for one of the interviews.
Hollie followed up after each of the 3 interviews.

Supportive, constructive, engaged and keen to help find the right position. Enjoyable and professional relationship.

I was approach by Klaudia from CORE early November 2022. She told me that there is one developing F&B Lifestyle company in Indonesia name Kanmo Group that needed a Chef fitting to my qualification.

All good and smooth from her / CORE side from casual interview until arranging online user interview.

With user interview, the person whom I have appointment to have interview with did not event attending. I have reach out to him but no respond. Ended up having interview with a girl that claim currently also work in the company located in Singapore. While I was on family holiday in remote resort on the day of interview. I was trying to be perfectly presentable, bought long sleeve, choosing fit location etc. Girl was interviewing me in a room that looks like a pantry while standing and doesn`t seems interested at all.

I heard nothing from both party after the interview up until now (half a year). Not a Yes nor a No.

3* for CORE and minus 2* for Kanmo Group. I just hope there is some closure. Leaving candidate hanging after interview is a sad irony given the time where we are at now when HORECA industry are in crisis of lacking staff post pandemic.
