Fantastic having tina come in to do a refresher course on Manual Handling

Tina is a very friendly, competent trainer and has some very interesting stories of what happens when people are not using the correct procedure for moving and handling which really makes u realize how important it is to follow exactly as taught, Tina makes training interesting and knows how to have a laugh

Well delivered 1 day first aid course, Tina is extremely knowledgeable with up to date guidance and has good explanation and demonstration skills. Clear, friendly teaching and ensured understanding before moving on to new topics. Was also happy to use additional scenarios relevant to the group training with her to personalise the session. Tina is an excellent trainer. She made everyone feel at ease. All the procedures/ methods are throughly explained. I left feeling that could implement first aid with confidence. Tina also tells you the “why” as in why certain procedures are needed and what they do and help the person . Tina from Core Care Training came to teach us in depth first aid over a three day course. The course was great and taught us so much about how to respond in an emergency, i feel prepared for anything now!
