Good quality may at a reasonable price
Good quality may at a reasonable price. Good density, and doesn't slide around, even on a polished wooden floor. Would be great to have a slightly longer tie strap so I don't have to fuel it so tight, and extra 15cm length would also be appreciated for the taller people like me.

Brilliant!
Items were dispatched and arrived quite quickly. The foam roller is was to replace one I had bought many years ago that had finally cracked. I checked all the resistance bands with a few good pulls as previous reviews had had some break immediately. Mine were all in good shape and I hope will last a good while.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. No reason given. Slow response from customer service who advised "keep waiting". Terrible. Still unresolved.
Following the above review, and the promise of help below, I received 3 more emails from customer service today:
1. "Keep waiting"
2. "The courier has lost the parcel. We'll refund you but it could take 10 working days for us to authorise it"
3. "Actually, keep waiting again- I think it might still turn up somehow even though the courier has told us it's lost"
This simple order has taken up so much of my time. The customer service team are incompetent and the one part of my order that did eventually arrive late was significantly damaged.
I've since found nicer products for less money on amazon.
